Had a great time visiting this private getaway. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful after they came to clean & drain it the first day. This is a perfect location for someone looking to get away and experience nature. There is a brewery located about 24 min drive away that had great food, drinks, and is also pet friendly. Also visited Capacon Resort State Park; the trails were very well-maintained and Park Rangers great at providing recommendations. The park is also pet friendly. Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

A Hidden Gem with Spectacular Views This secluded retreat exceeds expectations in every way. The photos online don't capture the breathtaking vistas or the charming sound of distant trains rolling through the valley - a feature that absolutely delighted our son. The property offers something for everyone in the family. We were entertained for hours with the vintage arcade games (Mortal Kombat, Pacman, and Paperboy), fooseball table, and racing simulator. Adults can enjoy the workout equipment, while the outdoor fire pit provides a perfect gathering spot. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located within a 20-30 minute drive to charming towns like Berkeley Springs, Paw Paw, and Hancock, you'll find plenty of dining options. We particularly enjoyed pizza from Mythical and the unforgettable banana bread french toast at Charlotte's Cafe. Riverview Cottage on the Cacapon with Hot Tub

Awesome place! Would totally recommend for anyone looking to get away for a weekend. The home was warm and inviting, the views of the river were fantastic. It was quiet, private and peaceful. We did some antique shopping and walked through the town stores and had dinner about 20 min or so away and then came back to a peaceful stay. Jennifer was quick to respond as well. Definitely a great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our dogs for our anniversary! The river is beautiful and clean. The house was perfect for a weekend get away and so quiet. It was perfect to unplug! We had so much fun with the old Nintendo games and original Disney movies instead of internet or WiFi. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great stay at this property. Nice, peaceful location, and easy to find that is close to a main road but far enough away to have peace and quiet. It has a great view and all the amenities. The interior was decorated nicely, well-maintained, and very clean.

Beautiful Log Cabin in Private WV Mountains

My friends and I stayed President’s day weekend. The cabin is relatively remote but the kitchen was fully stocked for when we cooked, the rooms were comfy and the fireplace was super nice. Berkeley springs is near by and I can’t recommend the hot springs enough - appointments are usually needed. Sean was a great host and was always fast to answer any questions. Overall, we had an amazing time.

This beautiful medium sized house was nestled in a residential neighborhood. You need a car but it’s within minutes to Cumberland’s pedestrian street and several walking trails. The home was cozy and had plenty of amenities. It had plenty of clean towels and sheets in the two bathrooms and the kitchen was equipped with basic kitchen ware, including a coffee maker.

Ricky’s farm was so peaceful and we really enjoyed sitting outside at the fire pit looking at the creek enjoying the beautiful weather. We enjoyed walking on the hiking trails on the property and stopping by to visit the cows. The house was very clean, well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated with antiques and country decor. It was a very nice family getaway.

My husband, 2 teens and i just returned from a stay at the home. We had a great time just hanging out, hiking and enjoying the fire pit. The home was very clean, stocked well, private and beautifully decorated. Thought i would share a tip since grocery stores are pretty far away….instacart delivers to the home! It was nice to check in, put groceries away and be set for the trip!

Mountain Cabin: NEW Game Room + Woods + River

Everything went very well. The cabin is a beautiful retreat and cozy in the winter. The game room was a treat, given the cold outside! Brittania was super helpful and communicative. She went above and beyond to help make us feel safe and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
