Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

A Heavenly 80 acre wooded space for reconnecting with God and nature. Enjoy beautiful winter scenery, and sledding/snow tubing and hiking, with great views at the top of the private mountain. Clear views of the Milky Way and opportunity for astrophotography at night. Enjoy cultivated blueberry patch in the summer, bird watching in the meadow. 2 miles from the Great Sacandaga Lake, and about 30 min from West Mountain Skiing, Saratoga Springs or Lake George.

Adk camp

Take a break and unwind in our little piece of heaven. Very cozy and relaxing. Located across the street on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Lake access is a short 2 minute walk or our golf cart is available during summer rentals. The brakes work but do not lock so you have to park perpendicular to road so it doesn’t roll. Majestic mountain marina is 2 miles away offering boat and kayak rentals. Winter months there is ice fishing and skiing mountains.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Just 20 minutes from Lake George and 35 minutes from Saratoga Race Track. Lake Luzerne beaches are a short drive away. Close to Hadley Mountain and Potash Mountain, for those that enjoy a nice hike.
