Great! Great location to visit the old Annecy and attend the shows at the Ardadium (within walking distance!)

The place was perfect: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is nice, the hot water is available worry-free, and the kitchen has all the necessities. The setting is beautiful, with great views, and only 10 minutes from downtown Annecy. Guillaume, our host, was very welcoming, always available and responsive. Thank you for this great stay!

Very pleasant stay. Place was very clean and cozy. Very homely. Chantal was incredibly nice and warm and showed us the place. She also gave us recommendations for the area and Annecy which were very helpful. Highly recommend.
