We had a great stay at Ila’s place! The house fit all of our needs and was in a nice neighborhood and was very clean. We were able to run over to the mall that was only a couple blocks away to spend some time between dance competitions. Hyvee was also near by so we were able to pick up groceries for our stay and cook in the updated kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Rochester.

My partner and I were visiting Eau Claire for the Eau Claire Marathon/Half Marathon. Jonathon's property is a perfect location for any future runners looking to participate in this event from out of town. It's a walkable distance from the race start/finish (no need to fuss with parking and road closures!) and both the full and the half go by the property so your family/support squat have an easy built-in location to cheer you on. There are a few steps to enter the front and back door, but there are handrails (good to know if your legs are sore the next day!), but otherwise the living space is all on one level. Bonus features about the property: the fenced-in back yard was GREAT for our dog and the bed is extremely comfortable!

Dale’s place was amazing! Very beautiful surroundings and views as well as peaceful and private with a lot of space. We enjoyed and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!

This place is huge! Three floors of usable space and four large bedrooms plus an office space. It’s very quiet and peaceful with lots of natural light. It is a little far from town but that can be a plus if that’s what you are looking for. It was very family friendly. If you are traveling with someone who has mobility issues, there is a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor but no shower. There was a washer and dryer available for use. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the use of your property!

A Heartfelt and Healing Getaway This home truly has everything you need for a perfect stay—but what made it unforgettable was how it made us feel. As a single mom of teenage boys, life can be a lot. This peaceful retreat gave us the space to reconnect, breathe, and just be. We spent time down at the river, laughed together, and watched my sons play like they were little again—it brought tears to my eyes. The home is spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The soaking tub was a dream, and the whole place felt like a warm hug. The host was unbelievably kind, helpful, and generous—going above and beyond in every way. This stay brought healing, joy, and peace back into our hearts, and I’ll be forever grateful. If you’re looking for more than just a place to stay, this is it. We can’t wait to return.

Need a few updates, had to buy a new can opener ( left it in drawer), need foil in the kitchen ( bought some and left in kitchen) . need to really have a ceiling fan in large bedroom. Had a really warm humid day one day and it was very uncomfortable in the house. Contacted the host and nothing could be done at that time. Large bed sinks to the middle, garbage can down in basement for dryer lint. Very quiet neighborhood. Sofa is hard to get in and out of when you’re older with bad back and knees!

Really enjoyed our stay. House decor is cool, nice period accents and colors. Kitchen is well-equipped and we had some great home-cooked meals in, and hit Terza on Saturday night (excellent ravioli and gnocchi). Totally safe neighborhood. Will be back.

Mindy was great from the start of the Airbnb and to the end! She was very responsive when we asked for local pizza recommendations in town and confirmed our questions without hesitation even when she was trying to enjoy her own Vacation! She was so nice and her home is amazing! Enjoyed the hot tub and how spacious her whole hole layout was. Would love to stay again here with my girlfriends.

It was very convenient to Mayo & that was really important to us. It was comfortable & very adequate. We visited with Sharon one day when we returned & she was really nice & concerned about my husband’s health issues. If we have to go back to Rochester & Mayo, we think we would try to book with them again.

Not much better than being within view of the Mississippi River. Place is large and clean, quiet outside of the noise you can hear from the store below.

We were only in town for a couple of days, which is normally not long enough to feel at home in an unfamiliar place, but that was not the case here. Upon arrival, we felt immediately at home and comfortable, like we were coming back to our own place after a long day of traveling. That might seem like a minor detail, but when picking a place to stay for however long, as well as picking the right host, it means everything. Thank you Bee and Paul!

Angie’s place was perfect for our long weekend getaway in LaCrosse. The location was ideal for our purposes. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We’ve been taking long weekend vacations to Red Wing this time of year for many years and found Stephanie’s place for the first time last year. We’re very happy that we could stay here again this year! It’s within walking distance of historic downtown Red Wing, near many shops, restaurants, historic sites and beautiful scenery. We’ve enjoyed staying at Stephanie’s Apt. twice (so far) and like being in a small town neighborhood instead of a hotel/motel on the main strip. We also wander around being 'tourist's' the whole time and it's a relaxing place to put up your feet at the end of each day!

This is the second time I have stayed here and it was just as great this time as it was the first time. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. I would for sure stay again!

it was a comfortable place, clean, and warm. the bed and pillows were SO comfy!!

We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

A clean and comfortable apartment to stay in while a loved one was at the Mayo Clinic. The host is easy to work with.

Loved staying at the Mist Condo. It is a beautiful place right in the middle of Pepin WI. Julia is very friendly, helpful and responds in a timely manner. She is very accommodating to my work scheduled and was able to adjust my stay to work with my needs. I would definitely recommend Raspberry Rentals to anyone and everyone I know!!

Jackie’s place is superb. Best location to visit Rochester, especially if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, walkable distance to many places. The place is huge, great for family like us. Many games provided for the kids: pingpong and board games. Big kitchen and living spaces. Jackie the host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. All communications are smooth and fast. We had a great experience with Jeanne. We just needed a spot for 1 night for the 3 of us and this is exactly what we needed. The Roku TV was perfect. We really appreciated the filtered water pitcher in the fridge since there wasn't a full kitchen. She left a snack basket that was enjoyed by my 5 year old. My son kept saying how cute it was and it truly was. If we need a place in the area again for a short stay, we will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The house is spacious, sparkling clean, and very well equipped. Had everything we needed, and space for us all to hang out together. Jill & Julie are excellent and attentive hosts.

Comfy bed, centrally located and good communication! We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea! Had a great evening at RiverTime Wine Bar!
