Very, very nice house, clean, fragrant house, very close to the metro station (Alato metro station).Very, very nice host, cared about our itinerary along the way and responded with questions on the day of check in.In the beginning in Almaty, this handsome and enthusiastic host made our itinerary easy and smooth.The best part is a great host in both English and Russian (unlike some hosts, written English, not really).Hit downstairs, the host came down to pick up, and the various quotes were concise and rigorous.All kinds of inquiries were also very patient.What touched me the most: because the itinerary joining me was at 8:30 pm, we left our luggage until 6:00 to pick it up.The host let me pick up my luggage at 6 o'clock and give him the key.At 6 o'clock the host was in the room or even came downstairs to pick us up.The 4 large boxes of our two ladies, the host ran two trips to proactively bring down 2, which was incredibly touched.The house is left with the key to the unit door, the upstairs can both be swipe card and password, it is safe even though it is an old neighborhood stairs room.Already recommended this home to friends around.Will be coming to Almaty in the future and hope to stay again sometime.

Great Location, spacious flat, kitchen with utensils and cooking essentials. Rooms are as shown in picture. Bus stand is on walkable distance, many nearby restaurants, grocery and fruits shop is just opposite of the building. Rooms are airy and ample light. Sebastian was waiting for us at approach road at 2.30 AM while check in and was responsive always. He accommodated our late check out. Great place to stay.

Very nice apartment and wonderful location. What is worth one thing only the view of the mountains😍 The apartment was clean and cozy. There were all the necessary amenities: soap, tooth brush, paste, shampoo, lots of towels and change of bed linen. Even an iron and an iron. The only thing at night was hot in the apartment, and everything else suited me.

The host was super responsive and flexible. She was able to help us with an early check-in and a late checkout as we needed. The place was also exactly as described.

Aidana's place was great. Really quiet area and nice apartment. Modern and comfortable. Aidana was also great about responding and is very friendly.

Wonderful apartment in the center. Everything is thought out, the feeling of living is like at home. Fully corresponds to the photos, even better. The bed is comfortable, wi-fi is fast. There are many cafes nearby, there are shops, a public transport stop. We will be happy to stay again : ) From the nuances: the windows overlook the road, it can be noisy.
