This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb!

Our rustic house, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden, is directly adjacent to the Cormôr bridleway, a cycle path connected to the Alpe Adria. A few meters from Villa Colombatti, the manor of Castellerio once stood. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the woods. In the small village you will also find a stable. Ten minutes from Udine, an hour from the sea, an hour from the mountains. Nearby are San Daniele, Gemona, Venzone and Cividale, fascinating villages to visit.

The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-
