Sunny apartment (72 square meters) in the center of Alpbach. Private small garden overlooking the Wiedersbergerhorn. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Private children's room with large bunk bed. Bathroom with underfloor heating and bathtub. In the other rooms, there are wooden floors. In the living-dining room there is a cozy Swedish stove. Our Tyrolean log cabin at 1000 m above sea level is a so-called Söllhaus from the 18th century, completely renovated inside and all sanitary facilities incl. underfloor heating in the bathrooms newly installed. The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Mit einer über 100 Jahre alten Geschichte verfügt sie über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Bergblick, und eine sonnige Terrasse. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

Our house is located surrounded by meadows, fields and beautiful, old Tyrolean farms, in a wonderfully quiet panoramic location, on the sunny side of Alpbach, within walking distance of the town center and is ideal for hikers, athletes, families, connoisseurs. The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains inspires; Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden. Center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 min.

Stylish coziness in Haus Margarete

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

With its spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere, our farm is ideal for families. Our region offers numerous recreational opportunities: Refreshment in the natural swimming lake, varied hikes and in winter connection to the "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal" ski resort.
