Direct access to the Tordera River that passes just below the house. 15 minutes from the town of Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Views, nature, disconnect.

The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.
