COMFORT ROOMS have been completely refurbished with a modern and elegant taste. They are fully-equipped with all conveniences needed to be functional. We have avoided the use of fitted carpet for maximum higiene and chosen wood floorings instead. Priority was given to good lighting and a comfortable bed. They feature a kitchenette and a small fridge that allows you to cook and so be self-sufficient. Their capacity is 2 adults and in some of them it is possible to add an extra bed for a child/adult or a cot under request. The bathroom is not very large but it’s complete. The total size of the room is about 20 square meters.

Praktik Bakery (Barcelona) incorporates a bakery inside the hotel. What could be better than waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread? This is a distinctive hotel, offering something as “homely” as fresh bread to make our guests feel absolutely at home while sampling the delicious baking of Baluard, a traditional bakery owned by Anna Bellsolà. Guests can enjoy our bakery products at breakfast, over the counter, or while they relax in our charming cafeteria.

Olivia Barcelona, is a newly remodeled boutique hostel with a modern and Mediterranean style. We are very close to the Camp Nou and next to a metro stop, so you can explore the city quickly and easily. You will share this room with a maximum of 3 girls. The hostel also has family rooms. The room has a private bathroom, kitchen and laundry access and our magnificent terrace of 200m2, ideal for resting, socializing or enjoying your meals outdoors.

The bathroom is shared. It features 2 beds which can be joined together. The Mediterraneo Sea apartment is located on the beachfront of Sitges, in the exclusive Mediterranean apartment complex. The apartment is composed of a double room with full wardrobes and full bathroom, a living room that has 2 sofa beds and a complete kitchen. It also has a large terrace with dining table, and a magnificent Chill-Out to have a drink and enjoy the views.

Our standard double rooms are small but cosy. They feature a double bed (1.50 m) or two single beds (0,90 m). Complete ensuite bathroom. All have a window opening to a small courtyard inside the building. They offer no view but are very quiet. Tourist taxes 5,5€ per person per night are not included in the price and are paid at the time of check in.
