The property is located in the "Gästehaus Mörtl", a house from the 60s. It is located in the village of Faak am See. Walking distance to the lake, turquoise blue, with stunning mountain panorama. It is one of the southernmost and warmest bathing lakes in Austria. The property has access to the garden with a view of the mountains. Train station, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket and inn are in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area invites you to do countless activities, such as hiking, cycling or swimming.

The cozy and bright appartment in the first floor offers you everything you need for your holidays in Carinthia. It is situated at a northern edge of Villach in a quiet environment and is a good starting point for activities of every kind. The kitchen is fully equipped, tea and coffee also included. The big bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the smaller bedroom offers two single beds. Of course we clean and desinfect the appartment every time before and after the arrival of our guests.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Sweet cottage in the romantic Pogöriach at the foot of the Karawanken, 20 minutes walk from Faaker See. Suitable for 4 people, especially for families. On the 1st floor there is 1 bedroom and a nice living-dining area with balcony. On the ground floor there is a 2nd bedroom and the bathroom/toilet plus side rooms. The large garden, including seating for guests, invites you to linger. Table tennis and children's swing are available. We live next door and can be reached at any time.
