Vacation home on the Drömling

Right on the Drömling, the unique biosphere reserve, is our apartment on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance. Parking with the possibility to charge the electric car is available right in front of the house. The courtyard property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children. The swing, the sandbox and the stilt house may be played with, so that our dog, cats, chickens and ponies quickly become a minor matter. You are welcome to use the pool.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Here you will find ideal conditions for extensive cycling tours in nature along the Elbe.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped apartment on the top floor of a former rectory with old plank floors and light-flooded rooms. Tempuram mattresses in the bedroom guarantee a good night's sleep. In the cozy kitchen, the freshly brewed coffee smells from the sieve rack machine. Three more people can sleep in a single room and on a pull-out sofa.

Within walking distance you can reach the train station, theater, cathedral, various shops and restaurants.

Located in a small village in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Elbe bike hiking trail near Dömitz with cafes, restaurants and shopping. A pretty lake is about 1km. The area is rural and quiet. This also means romantically mowing cows and some insects (mosquito net above the bed is available).
