The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

Easily accessible by public transport, with power connection for charging electric cars and private parking right outside the door. Eating, drinking and shopping in the immediate vicinity; partying in the Schanzenviertel (10 min by S-Bahn), trade fair networking (9 min by car) and enjoying music in the Elbphilharmonie (15 min by taxi).

Experience the charm of a listed building from 1859, which was modernized with a lot of love for detail. The 36 sqm apartment in the former machinist house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. A great former shop at the ski area. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, fair and the city are very quickly accessible. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement. We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.

The spacious apartment is in the immediate vicinity to Blankeneser Marktplatz (5-minute walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train]) opposite the Goßler Park. The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa on the ground floor and was renovated in 2019 and modernly furnished. The approx. 110 sqm are divided into four rooms, hallway , kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. We have put special emphasis on the amenities that invite you to linger and feel good

Loft Schanzenviertel-Quarter Work and Live

Here you are right in the middle of life between Schanze and Pauli. The loft is quietly located in a backyard, so you can sleep without Oropax. Business or sightseeing - it's not either or, but both. The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look. Simple, unagitated - feel St. Pauli.

The bright, sunny attic apartment with two rooms has a nice atmosphere. Through the separate entrance from the staircase you enter the anteroom, from which room 1 and room 2 and the bathroom open. Room 1 has two windows (south and west) and a beautiful view of the countryside. Room 2 has two beautiful wooden beds. The floorboards, which are only partially covered with carpet, create a warm and quiet feeling of space.
