Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Die Hegestraße ist bekannt für tolle Ausgeh- & Shoppingmöglichkeiten und wird auch mal als klein "Paris" bezeichnet . Die Alster ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, die U3/U1, so wie diverse Busse innerhalb von 3Minuten. Schlafzimmer:1 Doppelbett(140x200cm) Wohnzimmer:1 Schlafsofa (90x180) Küche und kleines Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare,Städtereisende und Geschäftsreisende.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house. It is conveniently located and suitable for up to 4 people from 6 years. From the large south-facing balcony you can look out onto our garden and pool, which our guests are welcome to use. (We also use the garden and pool ourselves and the area cannot be rented for sole use, especially not for parties. Your grill is upstairs on your balcony, not in the garden.)

Small but nice! Those who love nature and tranquility will feel very comfortable here in Hamburg Neugraben! The apartment is very comfortably furnished. Netflix included. :) And for those who love the hustle and bustle: Hamburg city center is not far away. Half an hour and you're in the middle of the action. For up to 2 people. The check-in time can also be earlier if necessary and by arrangement.
