It was really beautiful . The house, the furnishings and the surroundings are very tastefully and give a real holiday feeling. Everything is created and furnished with a lot of love. Really great. There is a public transport connection and by car you can reach the center of Hamburg in 20 minutes. Holger has valuable tips and tricks for all projects. We were absolutely delighted and are happy to recommend this property

Unfortunately, the building technology crashed on the second day. Stefan was immediately available and organized technicians for the next day. Unfortunately, these were not able to solve the problem directly and had to remove undisturbed things again. I assume that the problem could be resolved quickly after arrival. Without the control via the tablets, some things were not usable/controllable. However, Stefan could not do this, who was always available immediately, whether via WhatsApp or phone call. The house is very luxurious and big. Ideal for a large family/group. Despite the failure of the building technology, we enjoyed the stay.

We booked very short notice, then Holger contacted us immediately and was very quick on site when we arrived. Check-in was straightforward. We got all the important information about the area. We stayed in an apartment in the attic, which was well equipped and clean. However, access was only possible through the apartment in the basement, which is a bit peculiar. The area is very quiet (rural), as there are no restaurants or cafes nearby, you are dependent on self-catering. Since we were traveling by bike and had no food with us, the place was not so optimal for us. The nearest supermarkets are 5 km away. Fresh seasonal vegetables are available directly from Holger. Nice place for self-catering with small restrictions.

We were immediately welcome. Fresh flowers everywhere. Everything very individual, quality, cozy and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette is fully equipped, everything you need. It is already something special to stay here, to enjoy nature on the Elbe, to walk. This is where you get down and you're in a different world. Nice contact with Klaus, who brought us fresh rolls. It's really worth it. And I'm sure we'll come back sometime. It can also be bad weather. Never mind. Listening to music, reading books, drifting.

Markus apartment is a great choice if you're looking for something very central and in a lovely location. The apartment is airy and spacious and exactly as the photos. Markus gave clear instructions and made sure everything was in order through messages before arrival.

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need. Located a little outside, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Hochbahn station is 10 minutes away. All good, thank you so much for the great place.

A lovely home in a beautiful area of Hamburg. The whole neighbourhood has a peaceful energy and the house is no exception. A very short walk to the station that takes you right into the center of town. Antje was a perfect host, kind, helpful and responsive. Perfect spacious apartment for an extended weekend without our 6 kids. Everything was clean and tidy. Especially the comfy bed, the nice bedding, and the silence at night was 10 out of 10 on the scale. Nice and functional bathroom. Plenty of space in the wardrobe so your clothes can get out of your trolley. Sybille helped with some small things, and we enjoyed the city, museums, restaurants, the harbor, and shopping. If you need a dark bedroom to sleep, you will have trouble as the apartment has only thin curtains, which let in the sunlight. However, sleeping masks had been laid out. Flexible for luggage when our train left at 3 pm and check out was at 3 pm. 10. We were happy to leave it and come back later in the day. Don't be intimidated by the graffiti and the many stickers in the street photo (St.Pauli/Altona). It's safe and nice to walk day and night. Short walk to the U3 train and buses. Remember: have breakfast at Graupi 5 minutes walk from the apartment!

We stayed with our two girls in the apartment of Mieke for six days. The house is quiet and you can walk from there. The children enjoyed the garden and the animals. The apartment is well and conveniently equipped. From the stop "Mittlerer Landweg" (a few minutes by car; Park & Ride day ticket: 2€) you can get to the city and all kinds of Hamburg sights quickly with the S2. Overall, as a family, we really enjoyed this mix of peace and action in the city.

The apartment was equipped as described and clean. Check-in via key box (1 key) was simple and hassle-free, the host responded to messages at short notice and friendly. With two spacious rooms incl. Kitchenette and small bathroom - but of course without hotel services such as gastronomy or daily cleaning - the property is particularly suitable for self-catering for longer stays. The furniture was easy as expected, on the walls and ceilings you can see retrofitted cable ducts. You could call it modern, or "cost-optimized". Two supermarkets and bus stops are within walking distance, U1 and U3 station with surrounding gastronomy are a short walk or a bus stop. As reported by others, there is a rooster in the neighborhood, but I could hardly hear it from this room with windows on the back of the building.

Sven‘s place was really great. It made you really feel like a home away from home. It was extremely clean and organized. From about our 20 Airbnb’s we have been to over the last 5 years, it is in the top 3 🤙🏼🫶🏼 We would definitely stay again.

A very reliable landlord, fast and uncomplicated handling, a comfortable apartment that corresponds to the pictures. An ideal place to stay for a short stay in Hamburg. Very much recommended.

This is the second time I stay in this apartment and I was again very happy with it. The apartment is very clean and functional with a good kitchen and bus stop across the street to connect you to surrounding areas. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. There is an Aldi supermarket for stocking the refrigerator, and there are a few restaurants, bakeries, and shops, within walking distance. Also, the area is beautiful and green with many tresses and flowers. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others.

We have stayed in the apartment before and have already booked it again for early 2025. It is very close to various food shops and a twice weekly market. There are good bus connections. The apartment is quiet, warm and has everything we need.

Vivien was just great, extremely friendly and straightforward. Communication was also very good. The villa has everything you need, and you feel right at home. I'd love to come back.
