This house in Colonia Condesa was spacious and well appointed. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants, shopping, and parks nearby. Our host, Pedro, met us out front and provided a quick tour of the space despite our late arrival. Our family group included an infant and a three year old and Pedro was able to provide a stroller, toddler seat, and a travel pen for us to use during our stay. These additional items were trip savers! Pedro was super responsive to our requests from start to finish! This included the flexibility to storage our luggage with two pickup times! Above and beyond level of help. As in any big city neighborhood, being next to restaurants, cafes, and bars is a positive that comes with loud noises. This was a bit challenging on nights when the music was loud with a strong base.

Encontrar la casa y a Ricardo ha sido maravilloso. Es un lugar muy acogedor, espacioso, tranquilo, cerca a varios centros comerciales. Una casa muy linda y con todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía. Ricardo siempre estuvo atento, respondió a todas nuestras necesidades de manera rápida y eficiente. Sin duda un lugar para volver siempre ! Gracias

Christian’s place was the perfect location for a long weekend with family. Not only is the property gorgeous but you can’t beat the location. Christian was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. He provided recommendations for restaurants, sites to see and everything in between. I highly recommend staying at Christian’s place.

Came to celebrate a bachelorette and bachelor party. It was a total of 14 of us so we rented out the whole house. It was great, however a few things to note, the house has no AC and it does get pretty hot in the rooms (at least during the month of April). There aren’t enough fans in each room. We had two fans in one room but it was broken. They said they would fix/bring a new one but didn’t get one. The electricity was going off and so did the wifi but they were able to fix by the time we had come back from being out. The host and their team were communicating with me. Great house and pretty accessible to Mexico City.

Muy buena Experiencia.. La Casa fue muy comoda y es muy agradable para Familias completas... Hay buena distribucion para que los niños convivan... Seguramente sera opcion para un futuro... :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martin's lovely house. The bedrooms are all comfortable and private. The concrete and tile bathtub in the primary suite is beautiful and relaxing! The house is a bit of a walk from the main part of Coyoacan, but it's a nice walk. Felt very safe. The house got a bit cold as we were there in late December, but the chill was offset by the sweet holiday decorations they left for us! Just make sure you take sweaters and warm socks if you are there in winter :) Martin was a great host - clear communication and was as flexible as he could be with our check in/out needs. We would love to stay there again.

Guisela is a thoughtful, kind, and attentive host. Her apartment is spacious yet cozy, with lots of light and everything you need to feel at home. Lots of details, often missing from other rentals I’ve stayed at, are taken care of for you, like shampoo/conditioner/soap and extra toilet paper and towels, cooking equipment/dishes/Tupperware, and cooking oil/salt/pepper and napkins and paper towels. The neighborhood is calm and in a great location to explore the city. It’s walkable and has lots of food options nearby (restaurants/groceries/markets). I would definitely stay at Guisela’s apartment again and highly recommend it!

Great place to stay, walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants and markets. Extremely close to all the museums and would stay here again. Felt extremely safe and the host and doorman were extremely helpful.

The place is big and clear. Full kitchen with everything to cook. Close to the Coyoacan plaza where you can find restaurants, souvenirs markets, etc We felt at home and loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood. Highly recommended!! The hosts made us feel safe and comfortable. We would go back without hesitation 😊

La estancia fue increíble. El alojamiento es bonito, cómodo y acorde a lo que la descripción promete. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada para entregarnos el departamento, se encontraba en excelentes condiciones; todo limpio y ordenado. La ubicación del lugar es excelente; cerca de muchas atracciones, tienditas y puestos locales para desayunar sin alejarse de la manzana. A mis amigos y a mí nos encantó, lo recomiendo ampliamente y volvería a solicitar el hospedaje en próximas visitas. 👌🏻

La ubicación es muy buena, al igual que la iluminación natural. El apartamento en si es muy acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar el día si no quieren salir. Al ingresar se sintió un olor peculiar como a humedad (creo que es debido a la ubicación y estado de la lavadora, la cual no utilizamos pues tenía moho en el empaque de la puerta, creo que necesita mantenimiento). Las duchas parecían estar tapadas, pero se solucionó retirando las tapaderas para que el agua pudiera circular sin problema. El personal de recepción siempre se encontraba en su lugar y fueron muy atentos.

es un departamento muy funcional tiene todo lo que necesites para la estancia, hay que llevar shampoo y jabón pues no cuenta con ello. El departamento está en un tercer piso, hay que tomarlo en cuenta, para nosotros no fue impedimento. La zona es tranquila y tiene tiendas de conveniencia cerca.

The penthouse was quite spacious with a well equipped kitchen and nice rooftop. The rooms were all spacious and it was well designed. The location was great.

The house was absolutely beautiful! perfectly decorated and cozy. we loved the pool and the hot tub. the couple who take care of the property were lovely. there was a little snafu upon our arrival as the date had been miscommunicated to them so they were not present when we arrived, but they came right away when they were notified and let us in the gate.

Todo estuvo increíble, Luis siempre con toda la actitud de atención y servicio. Su casa es muy bonita, con mucha privacidad y sumamente cómoda. Sin duda volvería a regresar y con gusto la recomendaré

Sin lugar a dudas el lugar superó nuestras expectativas. Mi familia y yo, realmente la pasamos increíble, Carlos y personal de ayuda siempre muy atentos y accesibles. El lugar realmente te desconecta de la realidad para relajarte como te mereces y pasar tiempo de calidad con la familia. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias 😊 Carlos y personal.

Excelente atencion por parte de Hans, la estancia fue muy placentera y divertida. Recomiendo al 100% La casa tiene un estilo muy peculiar como de los años 50 's. Todo muy cómodo y con horarios flexibles, la cada esta totalmente equipada con lo que se necesite al momento.

La casa es preciosa, ordenada, tal como en las fotos, es un lugar precioso para tomar fotos, para descansar, si eres amante de las flores este es tu lugar, la casa del árbol es simplemente una sorpresa tan grata que no querrás salir. Las habitaciones son un lujo, la sala de juegos también, simplemente me la pasé increíble descanse como quería. Solo una recomendación si tu idea es pasar un rato en la alberca debes pagar la calefacción por que el agua está fría. Blanca es súper clara con las indicaciones, es muy linda y atenta. Gracias por un fin de semana increíble.

un espacio muy agradable, comodidad, limpieza, muy amplio y con todas las amenidades que ofrecían. El único detalle fue que el agua de la alberca estaba un poco fría, pero en otros aspectos superaron las expectativas. Gracias al anfitrión y al personal de apoyo que siempre estuvieron atentos y muy serviciales. Esperamos pronto regresar

The place was beautiful very rustic with eclectic art. Host was super responsive. Likely will used again when in the area.
