The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

It's a very nice cabin, the photos don't do it justice, it looks much better in person. Quiet, with the necessary and beautiful for the weekend.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

Gouslande was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The building is beautiful, so many amenities and the security presence really made you feel at ease. The apartment was equally beautiful, comfortable, clean and offered a great view. The location is fantastic, there's a Walmart and restaurant options literally right across the street. Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Mauricio’s place was the perfect home away from home. The location was amazing—safe, beautiful, and close to great food, entertainment, and retail stores, all within walking distance. Having 24/7 private security made us feel even more at ease. The apartment had a nice vibe and was decently clean, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Mauricio was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t recommend this place enough!

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

Ivan's apartment is really great to spend a long season in CDMX. It is close to several tourist spots and is an area with a lot of activity but at the same time quiet and quiet when one is inside the apartment. We hope to inhabit this beautiful and comfortable place again very soon in the near future.

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

A very nice place and the area is very quiet. The area was easy to go anywhere. The service was excellent and the cleanliness was impeccable. It would certainly be my first choice to wash when I get back to the city.

Niles is an excellent host: attentive, fast, flexible, discreet. A 10 The listing (photographs and description) perfectly describes the apartment, reality is better than the photographs. The area is residential, away from the noise of the city. In 15 minutes you are in Polanco.

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

Great location on Reforma Ave - right next to the mall . Plenty of things to do around . The apartment is exactly as described. The team does a great job communicating . Highly recommend for solo traveler or couple. Stunning view from balcony Room for improvement : the closet area and master bathroom has a musty odor .

I honestly can’t say enough about how great this place is. The unit is amazing. The location can’t be beat. Walkable to everything you want to see in Roma Norte. On top of it all the owner is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Also Anton notch staff helping him. 5 stars all around.
