At the foot of the castle, 15 minutes from Rennes, "La Licorne" is a pretty 40 m2 house, a fully equipped 25 m2 living room-kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, the bedroom: 1 double bed followed by the bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room. Quasi-family cul-de-sac, quiet, south-facing on a courtyard (right of way) with small garden furniture. Quick temporary access possible by car during the day, free parking nearby. Arrival 3pm/7pm.

We welcome you to our cottage adjoining our 1850 character house located in the village of Amanlis, shops accessible on foot. Our " four-legged" friends are also welcome! The place is conducive to rest: just the sound of birds and the smell of my neighbor's organic bread.... The recently renovated studio has its own entrance and you will be totally independent from the rest of the house thanks to its bathroom and small equipped kitchen. We live on a farm, so you'll have views of the chickens and the cow meadow. The grounds are not fenced but your doggie is welcome! We ourselves have a dog and a cat. Supplied: linens, towels, shower products, tea/coffee, butter Just plan some bread for your breakfast☺️

Attention pour information l'escalier est assez pentu.
