A contemporary hideaway but with antique windows and doors, smooth white concrete floors and an eclectic mix of furniture. The 45 foot infinity pool has breathtaking views over the lake.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
