Welcome to Pavilion House, our piece of paradise on the edge of the jungle near Ahangama. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama. The house comes with its own private pool, an essential in the Tropics! A friendly cat also lives at the property. For larger groups, check out our neighbouring properties, Pavilion Pool House (sleeps 2) and Pavilion Garden House (sleeps 2).

And if you get the itch for adventure, Weligama Beach, epic surf spots, shops, and cafes are practically at your doorstep.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Absolute Beach Front Villa with Pool.

Welcome to beach villa on Weligama Bay in Sri Lanka! Down a narrow, leafy lane off the main Galle-Colombo road, our new, modern villa overlooks the sand and surf to a limitless horizon. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an adjacent lounge space. The two en suite, a/c bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, will accommodate four guests. Free WiFi of course. Weligama is only a five minute drive away and Mirissa Beach is less than fifteen minutes.

A uniquely designed and styled jungle bungalow with a mezzanine bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen. It is inspired by the tiny house concept. Outside space includes private plunge pool & BBQ. Soak up the tranquility of nature whilst being just a 5 min walk to the Indian Ocean and some of Sri Lanka’s famed beaches and surf spots, including Kabalana beach. Our philosophy is simple: To provide a private and restful space while sharing our love of design and nature.

Sōmar - 2-Bedroom Villa in Tropical Oasis

This light and spacious two-bedroom villa is located at Sōmar, a boutique-style hotel set in a tropical oasis of palm trees and greenery. The 2-bedroom villa offers a private living room and kitchen, lush patio, spacious veranda and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with indoor and outdoor showers. Studio Aurora offers a spacious studio with sleek design, spectacular ocean views and direct beach access. Just steps away from the best cafes, restaurants, bars, beaches and breaks, Studio Aurora is at the center of it all! During high season town can be busy and noise from the local bars on may disturb some guests.
