Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

On our first visit to the area and first use of airbnb we chose to stay at The Bulls Head Hartshorne enticed by the price, photographs and reviews. The pub was easy to find with ample parking. We were greeted by David who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay, assisting in the arrangement of taxis to and from a local gastro tapas bar. We had a fabulous lunch before returning to the pub to then have an equally fabulous evening meal. Beccy, the host, greeted us and engaged with us in a lengthy chat about mutual interests that added to the overall enjoyment of our short stay. Both she and David (who works for Beccy) provided a warm and welcoming experience so often lacking in larger B&B/guest house establishments. The room was exactly as described allowing for a restful nights sleep before a huge full English breakfast to set us up for our journey home. We will definitely be returning.

We all had a lovely stay with Pete and Sue. The annexe was spacious and perfect for a group of 4! It was extremely homely and comfortable, you can’t fault it! We were very well welcomed by Milo who was a real character😅! They had great recommendations for the area which was stunning! It was easy to locate and had no trouble at all! Hugely appreciated their hospitality and was definitely worth the visit. We hope to come back to the area soon!😁

Adrian was such a friendly and approachable host. Was extremely helpful in ensuring I had breakfast outside of the breakfast time. As a lone guest he really made me feel at ease. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.

Sharon accommodated us very last minute & made us feel very welcome throughout our 5 day stay. The accommodation is quite small, but the location is really lovely, on the edge of the Peak District. Lots of walks and lovely pubs nearby.

The accommodation is set in a lovely, peaceful village. The accommodation itself had everything we needed. Many walks are nearby, within a reasonable driving distance. It was also extremely helpful having access to the garden for the dog. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The place was really clean, well thought out with everything you need for your stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have an enjoyable break exploring with their four legged friends!! 🐾

Stunning property that was tucked away and felt very private. Close to lots of walking routes and an easy drive to lots of nice restaurants. Elaine provided very detailed instructions on how to arrive which were very helpful and there was lots of information in the accomodation about local amenities. We loved our visit, Elaine was an excellent host and we would highly recommend this property

Once again had a lovely stay in Tracey’s garden annex As always everything first class ! Tracey is a very approachable lady and responsive and friendly. Lovely stay in Darley Bridge courtesy of Claire, great location to discover the Peak District, fab local walks and pubs. Visited the Three Stags for excellent food, well worth a visit. Other visits to Bakewell, Chatsworth and the Monsall Trail. A lovely stay, very relaxing.

This was our first venture as a family to an Air BnB. We chose to stay here as we wanted to get away from the city life for a night or two and it certainly provided that. Our kids don’t usually take to new people and places too easily but both of them felt right at home with Claire. On the first morning while we slept, our eldest was out in the field with Claire and the dog while they fed the dog. Our eldest wouldn’t normally do something like this so that was great to see. Our youngest also took to her straight away, and as he struggles with his speech a little bit and only really eats people’s names that he likes - he had Claire nailed down pretty quick. The home itself is lovely. We were met with freshly laid eggs, homemade jam and marmalade and a few other little treats to enjoy. Beds were comfy and the linen was all freshly laid. The kids slept brilliantly which isn’t always the case. There’s plenty of open space to enjoy and you’re not too far from Leicester. Will come again!!

Had 4 nights here. It was excellent. Really tranquil location (Slept like a log). Lovely shower room. Good facilities. The main attraction for us was the hot tub and it certainly delivered. It's technically outdoors, but actually it's sheltered and private. The addition of a big television and drinks fridge next to it.....Hot tub heaven! Host Lukes communications were very good from start to finish. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit.

We found the Little Nook a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation was clean and bright, with good quality fittings and finish. A fully equipped kitchen with including dishwasher and washing machine. Michelle was a very friendly and helpful host. We will certainly be staying again when in the area, and would highly recommend the Little Nook to others.

Donna’s place was absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful, scenic location. Donna is an excellent host and was incredibly helpful! On arrival at the cottage there’s nothing she hasn’t got covered and is only a message away if there’s anything you need! We will definitely be back and hopefully for longer next time! Marsha is so so lovely, she and her daughter go above and beyond for their guests, beautiful people, even Molly the dog is gorgeous. Great space, very clean and tidy, great communication and just lovely place to be! Will be rebooking every year! Thank you Marsha and Amber ❤️

Beautifully presented cottage with a lovely garden with great views. Cottage was spotless and really nicely decorated. Well equipped. We were a group of 4 friends and a baby so having 3 bathrooms was a real treat. Kitchen has everything you need. Easy to get to all the local attractions.

The whole place was spotlessly clean and everything supplied was of a high standard. The eggs, bacon, bread, orange, milk and butter along with tea, coffee , biscuits and cereal provided meant we didn’t have to nip out to the shops to buy anything or bring those items with us. We enjoyed the whirlpool bath and the log burner in the evening and loved all the attention to detail with the lighting . The view was beautiful and garden and outdoor seating were an added feature. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Coach House. The property was just as advertised and the gardens and surrounding scenery was beautiful. Jennifer was a great host, really receptive to messages and gave clear and straight forward directions as we were arriving quite late on our first night. The welcome gifts of local produce were really thoughtful and much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs while we were there and the space was open and fresh whilst still feeling cosy. The property had everything we needed, we’d be happy to stay again in the future ☺️
