This fully insulated suite has Air-Con, heaters, a large shower, Smart TV, WiFi, working/eating space, & access via locked gates on the driveway, with free off street parking.

Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping. It benefits from a large off road parking area for multiple vehicles if you and your party are travelling separately. Large enough to accommodate a motor home or caravan should this option be required.

You would have your own parking space off the road and the studio is accessed up the drive and onto the garden. You will have free wifi and also full sky television in the studio. There is a shower room as well. We are situated in a quiet area not on an estate and our home is a detached bungalow on a row of detached bungalows.
