Composed of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room (sofa bed), a bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. On the 3rd floor, without elevator access, with a final staircase that's a little steep, but once you arrive you will be won over! Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

Small house of 6m2 with covered terrace and large hanging relaxation net, perched in the middle of the trees in a quiet setting. First human presence (we!) 200m away: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The 300m walk includes a steep slope. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bed linen provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not have a good signal at our place (in the cabin it is good).
