Beautiful atmospheric thatched 8-person holiday home with air conditioning throughout, a nice fireplace, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with sauna and bubble bath. There is a lovely spacious enclosed garden with lounge set, sun loungers, garden furniture and bbq. There is a lovely play lawn for the children, and there are many bunnies walking around. Experience Ameland at its best. Our house and the entire interior were completely renovated in November 2021. The house is a semi-detached house.

Dit mooie appartement op de begane grond is van alle gemakken voorzien. U heeft directe toegang tot het terras met fraai uitzicht op het groen. In de omliggende tuin ziet u de konijntjes voorbij komen en met wat geluk zelfs een ree. Het appartement is gelegen nabij het 4 sterren resort de Amelander Kaap waar u gebruik kan maken van alle faciliteiten die het resort biedt: restaurant, squash- en tennisbaan, sauna, zwembad (gratis), broodjesservice, lobby met open haard.

Our spacious six-person house is full of amenities and is a good base to discover the beautiful Wadden Island of Ameland. There are 3 bedrooms, one with bunk bed. The living room is spacious with a separate sitting area with TV and a dining area with a large dining table. The open kitchen has an oven, gas set, fridge and more than enough crockery. There are also 2 bathrooms each with a shower, sink and toilet. All this on 1,000m2 of private land

Renovated home where you can enjoy the setting in comfort. The kitchen-living room contains everything to cook/bake. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofa, TV, games and books. We are happy to advise on trips such as mudflats, day Ameland or day Dokkum(see picture). Whether the weather is good or not; there is plenty to see and do in this area who loves nature, peace and quiet walking, by bike or by car.

Come enjoy the nature here on the east side of the island, as the name of the apartment already says "Nijlansrèd". Together with your partner or with the children, it is both possible. It has a play corner in the shed for the little ones. Beach, village, restaurants and cafes are all within 10 minutes.
