The spacious apartment with 74 square meters has 2 bright living rooms with large south-facing windows with access to the beautiful, well-kept garden with terrace. There is a private entrance. It is located on the edge of Schönbuch. Located on the vineyard in a south-facing location and with wonderful views over the Ammertal, beautiful hikes can be made here. With the Ammertalbahn, which runs every half hour, in 10 minutes to Tübingen, there is a very good connection.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Basement Suite

A spacious apartment on the ground floor awaits you. Very quiet location near S-Bahn (10 min walk). From here you can reach the city center, the exhibition center and the airport. The apartment consists of a bright living and sleeping room with double bed, couch and a TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you can access your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space.

We offer a modern 68 m² apartment in a perfect location on the outskirts of Tübingen not far from the banks of the Neckar. Located near the old town, it is also the starting point for nature excursions. A bus stop is within walking distance (5 min). The bright apartment has an open floor plan with separate bedroom and bathroom, a sleeping option in the living room and a Neckar view terrace with southeast orientation. Free public parking is very close by.
