Our charming 1-room apartment is perfect for commuters, self-employed/service providers, travelers or people who want to switch off for a few days. There is a sofa bed for up to 2 people as well as the possibility to add a mattress for a 3rd person (child). The apartment is 5 minutes from the A81. Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Stgt city center is 30 minutes away (during rush hour up to 50 minutes).

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Basement Suite

A spacious apartment on the ground floor awaits you. Very quiet location near S-Bahn (10 min walk). From here you can reach the city center, the exhibition center and the airport. The apartment consists of a bright living and sleeping room with double bed, couch and a TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you can access your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space.

Neckar view

We offer a modern 68 m² apartment in a perfect location on the outskirts of Tübingen not far from the banks of the Neckar. Located near the old town, it is also the starting point for nature excursions. A bus stop is within walking distance (5 min). The bright apartment has an open floor plan with separate bedroom and bathroom, a sleeping option in the living room and a Neckar view terrace with southeast orientation. Free public parking is very close by.

Good bus connection to the Tübingen university clinics, as well as the city center. The recreational area Schönbuch is within walking distance.
