The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Vacation home in Steinebach am Wörthsee

The more than a hundred years old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private branch road. The lake with good swimming opportunities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

The smaller studio house in its one-story wooden construction is reminiscent of Lake Ammersee's traditional boathouses and is suitable for families or friends up to 4 people. From the accommodation you can reach the train station in Oberschleißheim by foot in 10 minutes and the city centre as well as the airport in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Another highlight is the nearby Schleißheim Palace, which is just a 5-minute walk away.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

Haus Ruth - cozy living in the orchard paradise

I rent a cozy little cottage with terrace and beautiful garden. Here you can relax in Upper Bavaria! Bikes are available for rent, and if you have any questions, I'm just a few steps away as a host and happy to help. You do not have to bring bed linen and towels, which are sufficiently available in the cottage.
