Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ancona

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

The apartment is large, in a quiet area close to Assisi. The garden helps you relax and walk. Very convenient indoor parking. Our two puppies enjoyed the garden and the space in the house. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. Recommended if you want to visit Assisi and the surroundings but also be quiet

An extraordinary experience in the house of Anna and Francesco. They made every effort to give us maximum comfort. We have very special stay in this house in the mountain. Thank you! We will definitively come back if we pass by nearby.

Great place. Close to a market and all the restaurants and churches. We will stay here again. Check out the Nun Spa too. Assisi is an amazing fun little town.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

IMPECCABLE!!! The place is extremely nice and comfortable, with lots of comforts. It has absolutely everything you need. The views of the hills are beautiful! The Marche region is a divine creation! I appreciate all the recommendations provided by Andrea. All I hope is to come back!!!

Clean, comfortable, cozy and functional place. Nice area, green and close to the center. Quick and effective communication with the host, Maria was very kind. I also recommend for long stays, the house has spaces that allow you to live comfortably (e.g. the double bedroom there is a desk, in case of Smart working; the kitchen is spacious for cooking and there is a coffee table from 2 beyond the one in the living room, from 4). TV in all rooms.

Short but very pleasant experience. Fabrizio is his sister, they are very kind and the area is beautiful. Foligno is a great base for the beautiful neighboring towns. Thank you again for your impeccable hospitality. We hope to be back soon Angelo and Sara

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

Very, very great! Maria is super nice, everything is very neat and clean. The pool is large and very nice! We enjoyed it very much, we would spend time there again at any time. Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.

Very nice and affordable place to stay in Ancona

We stayed 5 days in Monica's house. The house was clean and tidy and equipped with everything you need, located in a strategic location 10 minutes from the sea with a great view. Monica was very welcoming, friendly and always available and her two beautiful dogs are great company. We highly recommend staying with Monica.
