Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

My group of friends and I stayed at Valentina's apartment, and we had a really great time! We found a modern and very clean home, with everything you need. The two air conditioners helped in the hottest moments of the day, and moreover two bicycles are made available to tenants, also in excellent condition, which were very convenient for seeing places a little further away (to spend a different day by bike, we recommend the nearby Misano, well covered by bike paths). The apartment is very close to the sea, and the nearest beach (Lido delle Sirene) has good prices and all the amenities you need. The accommodation is also just a few meters from a long pedestrian street full of bars, shops and ice cream shops, ideal for evening walks! The accommodation has exceptional value for money considering especially the proximity to the sea, and Valentina is a very kind host. We will definitely be back :D

Great location, very tidy and beautiful apartment. The room temperature is just right, and the room is very artistic. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, communication with the host was very smooth, and he responded quickly! Great!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, cozy and functional place. Nice area, green and close to the center. Quick and effective communication with the host, Maria was very kind. I also recommend for long stays, the house has spaces that allow you to live comfortably (e.g. the double bedroom there is a desk, in case of Smart working; the kitchen is spacious for cooking and there is a coffee table from 2 beyond the one in the living room, from 4). TV in all rooms.

Susanna is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. She is very responsive - she even interrupted her evening to immediately help me with a light bulb issue. As for the apartment, it was sparkling clean with a nice view from the bedroom that overlooks the Urbino countryside. The apartment is so ideally convenient to the main square yet quiet since it is located on a little side street. If I come to Urbino again, I would definitely stay at Susanna’s place.

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

It was a great stay at the Sant'Angelica house! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry friends, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the ground is sloping, it did not create difficulties for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

Roberto's casa is located in a quiet area where you can relax. The surroundings are beautiful, and the cats are very cute. The accommodation offers everything you need (and much more) and is in very clean condition. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful destinations such as Sirolo, Portonovo, Potenza Picena, national parks, and many more. Communication with Roberto was always friendly and informal, and i was greeted with homemade wine. All in all, I would happily recommend the casa to anyone.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment. We were able to walk to the beach and center. Also the private parking in front of the house was great. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Highly recommended! We would love to come back.

The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips about the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always responsive and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present parents, who live upstairs. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. Beautiful accommodation: impeccable cleanliness, ample availability of dishes and accessories, air conditioning in all rooms and large and well-kept garden. Possibility of accessing the beaches directly on foot in about 15 minutes, both equipped and free beaches. Inside the accommodation area there is a bar, a children's pool, one for adults and a tennis/soccer field. We had a very good time and if possible we will return in the future.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
