Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this listing

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

very nice house, with large garden, well cared for. the location is very convenient to get around the region. You can get to Assisi in 10 minutes, 20 in Perugia and Spello, 40 in Gubbio. the only note to consider is that there is only one shower in the house, so for 5 guests it may not be very comfortable. There were 3 of us and everything was fine.

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly Loved it.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with olive trees park just outside the walls of Assisi. We especially appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the park of the villa.

Really quiet and well-served area, perfect for relaxing but also comfortable to reach the center and other attractions nearby. The apartment is attention to detail, very clean, well furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities, from the equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. Since booking, the host has been very kind and always available, providing us with support and quick responses. Upon our arrival (with early check-in), he gave us all the instructions to easily access the phone, which was very convenient. He also provided us with a detailed guide with recommended restaurants, supermarkets... We felt right at home, our dog was also very well set. A very pleasant stay, we highly recommend it!

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

Located in the center of many important areas in the Umbria region and, if we want, not too far from Lazio. Great food at an affordable price for everyone. If we happen to go back to that area, I would definitely go back to Gaifana.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.
