Relax in this quiet and elegant village house. It is an old silk factory: silkworm breeding until the 19th century. Noisy parties and evenings prohibited. 3 km from the center of Montélimar, 1 km from the Via Rhôna, 100 m from the grocery store. Parking is free, parking monitored by cameras at the end of the street "passage frères Christophe" and in the square where "l'épicerie Mélanie" is located. There are spaces in front of the house. Your bikes are safe in the garden.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Garden level terrace under pergola, green space without neighbours, swimming pool where you can possibly meet us, 10x4 m and 1.50 m deep, as well as a submerged beach 0.30 cm deep for the little ones. Private pool cover with summer lounge and deckchairs. We are five minutes from the centre of Montelimar, at the gates of Ardèche and 40 minutes from the gorges, 5 minutes from the beautiful medieval village of Rochemaure.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this unique accommodation on the ground floor of 45m2 tastefully renovated in what was, in medieval times, the cellar of a butcher shop. There is a main room with a kitchen, living/dining room as well as a toilet, and a bedroom overlooking a shower room. The vaulted ceilings preserve the charm of the old and make it atypical. Only 8km from Cruas power station, it turns out to be perfect for agents on business trips.
