It is located in the green, quiet urbanization of Playa Real with a swimming pool and sunbathing lawn by the sea, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The apartment has been completely renovated and exudes a holiday vibe. For larger families or groups of friends, the apartment next door "Casita del Sol" is also available through the same host, a little cheaper but comfortably furnished.

Beautiful refurbished house with a modern style and designer furniture. The house has a sunny living room with an equipped kitchen. The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds. The house also has a playroom for children with a sofa bed. If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

It is very close to the historic center and La Caleta beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital. It is very safe and quiet. It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.
