Vacation rentals with a patio in Andes

It's just amazing. From its prime location, which allows you to enjoy beautiful ocean views and proximity to the main tourist attractions, to its modern and comfortable facilities, everything is designed to offer a luxurious experience. The apartment is spotless, with spacious and well-decorated spaces, which makes the stay even more pleasurable. In addition, it has all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Without a doubt, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommended!

The stay was great, all as planned. The space is exactly as in the photos, all very neatly clean and organized. The condominium has a great structure and organization, they value security a lot. No negative considerations to make here!

Very good and functional apartment on the floor. The location and surroundings in the area were very good. Most things in the apartment had Nord European standard. Well-equipped kitchen where most things were available to be able to cook your own meals. The bathroom was freshly cleaned and functional. Extra plus was that there was a washing machine. Onsite staff were very helpful, but were not always on site. But it was not perceived as a problem. If you went back a while later, they were usually there.

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

A beautiful place, the attention of Andrés super friendly all the time, attentive to what you may need, super quiet the environment, very comfortable, clean and with very nice energy, I recommend it 100%, a plus is that you can have breakfast on the balcony and around you go to see squirrels and birds all the time, incredible, I loved it.

The department of Sami met all our expectations, very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The apartment has a lovely terrace 🫶🏼 I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is functional for long stays, it has what you need, it is accessed by staircase, the building is quiet, with a terrace available for you, it does not have a TV or microwave (I don't need a TV or microwave (I don't need it personally), the bed is comfortable, a lot of space available to store clothes, it has hot water, and there are many shops nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, etc. I have to point out that if you prefer not to cook, there are places that prepare meals to take away that are very rich like Pastas Roma and Umarí. The bus stops are accessible and there are nice places to visit such as the Rodó Park. Cecilia is a very friendly person and available when I needed her. He also gave me the first recommendations when I arrived in the city that were very useful. I appreciate your kindness and willingness. I will definitely recommend it.

There are only two points to improve: 1. Internet which is unavailable at all times and manages to get worse at night. 2. if you give the bad luck of a non sense guest staying in the germinated house to yours, you will suffer from his noise until he has the urge to stop. It happened to me from 01:50 to 04:40 in the morning from a Monday to Tuesday. And no action has been taken. Taking that off, a nice place according to the photos. Worth the cost-benefit.

The house is very nice, comfortable, the photos reflect the condition of the house as it is. The person who helps in the house Zully is spectacular, friendly and attentive to everything to support. the ensemble is quiet, great for walking, we went with a pet and was perfect for walking. Very good stay and we would repeat it without a doubt.

The house is very nice, the host contacted us with local Alguin who was aware that we could enter even a little later than the public hours. The house comes with everything you need and more. It's very close to downtown, five blocks away.

This place is really nice. It is in an artistic setting with several building amenities. It is a comfortable space with hosts who were responsive to my questions. I enjoyed staying here and can't wait to return.

Great place to stay, gated and the pool was an added perk. Andre was very responsive and helpful. The cleaning lady is amazing bc the apartment was very clean, we met her on our way out, very nice. We used the AllRidi app to get around, to and from airport or places we went to and they had no issue finding the location. Airport is about 10min away during non peak time, Queen Savannah Park about to 30min & Maracas Beach was about an hour.

Great apartment. Felt right at home! There is a washer and dryer, which was perfect since I came from a more humid area in Costa Rica before heading to the beach and needed to do a load of laundry. Check in and check out was easy as the host is really responsive. The 360 degree view of the ocean and mountains from the pool area was amazing! Definitely check it out! I really enjoyed the thoughtful placement of the hammocks so you could catch the sun no matter what time of day. It was walking distance to the beach with some local restaurants just around the corner of the air bnb. I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

Very easy check in and out process with the instructions provided. Host was also very responsive. The condo is very spacious and comfortable with accurate description following the listing. Surrounding area is very safe and secured with lots of near by restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
