Spacious, very well-equipped, exceptionally comfortable and clean property, conveniently located for accessing and exploring Cherpunkal, Pala and surrounding areas. The house is just a few metres from the busy Pala-Ettumanoor road, yet it's tucked away in a quiet place, and is quite peaceful. There are several good eateries and supermarkets within walking distance -- there's even a shopping arcade nearby. The house looks better than in the photos -- all bedrooms have en-suite facilities and each floor has it's own large living and dining areas. Plus, there's ample car parking space. Mr. Saju and Melvin are wonderful hosts, who receive you personally when you arrive, and are always ready to help. Me and my family had a wonderful week-long stay here, and the next time we are in the area, we'll certainly look to return!!

I had a wonderful one-night stay with family at this property! The place is new, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The large room, spacious hall, balcony, and bathrooms made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. Its location is perfect—right near Kuttikanam town and conveniently situated on the main road. Though it was a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

It's a calm ,spacious and beautiful place. Nice restaurants nearby and food delivery is available . Sheeba is very responsive and proactive. The plcae is clean and meticulously maintained. Ideal for a large gathering .

We stayed at this place with family for 2 nights and the experience was fantastic. Right from check in to check out, the host was super responsive and very friendly. We felt right at home with the positive attitude of the host. This house is also very beautiful and matches exactly as per the pictures. All three bedrooms had AC and the kitchen was a fully equipped one. There was also washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool was yet another highlight. Overall it is a super worth place for families, very much recommended

The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with great hospitality, this is the perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Our kids particularly loved the generous size of the rooms, giving them plenty of space to play and unwind. The beds were comfortable, and the modern amenities throughout the property ensured a cozy and convenient stay. We also appreciated how well-maintained everything was, from the fully equipped kitchen to the beautifully kept bathrooms. The location was ideal for a family getaway, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions.
