The house has a rowing boat, which can be used for a fee (€10/T.). From the large outdoor terrace you can observe cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the farm. The monastery of Chorin and the ecological village of Brodowin can each be reached by car in 15 minutes (bike 30 minutes).

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.
