Vacation rentals with breakfast in Anguillara Sabazia

We had a wonderful stay at Giulia's place! The apartment is just outside, but the city center of Rome is easily accessible by metro and bus. In addition, there are many restaurants and bars around the apartment where no tourists can be found, which is wonderful if you were in the full city center during the day. Giulia is a mega friendly host, she always responded very quickly to our messages, it couldn't be better!

Well-structured apartment with a romantic touch, which therefore accentuates this aspect even for a very short stay, as was the case for me. The Host Roberta, very attentive to details and to meet every need that arises Very quiet environment, just outside the historic center of the village, allows parking easily in front of the front door of the house… Good starting point also to visit the Tuscia area, interesting in many ways…

I chose Villa Venere for its size and pricing. It turned out to be a lovely, sprawling home with warmth and comfort. Navigating amenities was a challenge but the host was helpful and responsive. I knew it was locates outside downton Rome but I was surprised to find it in a relatively isolated part of Rome's suburb. By that I mean, it was a significant distance to regular commercial activities. For it's price, it was a good deal but would ask anyone I recommend it to prepare to rent a car or at least have detailed bus maps.

Beautiful and equipped house with everything, with lots of greenery around and a beautiful lake view. Coming to us in spring or summer must be beautiful to have breakfast or eat on the porch overlooking the lake. Yes, it is in the countryside but in 10 minutes you can reach the lake and in 45 minutes you can reach Rome.

Beautiful room, tidy and, in general, well maintained.

Simone is adorable and with care, she brings breakfast every morning, the fridge is almost full upon arrival. The accommodation itself is charming, peaceful and quiet, you can eat outdoors, the shower is modern and the kitchen is relatively well-equipped. The car in its place is safe. The neighborhood is surrounded by adorable little dogs happy to walk with us. we had a great time!

It was a fantastic experience. Luca and his wife are wonderful people, attentive, precise and with a unique welcome. It took us two days in this beautiful property to really rejuvenate. Luca is a person of infinite culture, attentive and respectful of nature, full of energy and dedicated to a thousand activities. His wife is very skilled with mosaics. There are some wonderful ones. With her excellent sweet and savory cuisine, she welcomed and pampered us. Our 4-year-old had fabulous experiences with donkeys and chickens. They produce their own oil and really delicious jams. We will definitely be back and highly recommend everything. Thanks again

This is a great one! You better book it. Don't think about it twice. It's a few steps away from the Metro A line ($1.50 euros) to get you anywhere in the city including all the main sites to see, the train station and the airport. It's on the first floor, so you don't have to haul your luggage up. Lots of food choices near by. The hosts are so nice and awesome! Very flexible. The home is beautiful. was clean and has everything you need. The bed was so comfy too!

Giuliana "pampered" me with small details that make a difference (dishwashing kit, slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo showers, and more options for tasting sweets, savory, and herbal teas/coffee. I felt less alone and at home! Thanks Giuliana, I will definitely be back. Only flaw...little water from the taps, but maybe they were working on the line? Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, the location, the apartment according to what the listing described. Alessandro super host, always attentive to all the details, very easy to communicate with and very friendly to get us transportation back and forth to the airport.

Wow where do I even begin. Our trip to Rome certainly would not have been half as good if we had chosen anywhere else to stay. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly be need. The location is in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of local delicacies and things to do. The reception of Paola and her daughter was what the real highlight of the trip. From before we had even landed in Rome, they went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after including arranging for us to be picked up from the airport in a limousine. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the both of them stocking up the apartment. The pair had stocked up the house with goodies and essentials we could need for the duration of our stay. Despite the circumstances, Paola ensured we were looked after including giving us advice on what we need to see and do whilst in Rome. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything and we cannot wait to come again!!

This comfortable, spacious, light-filled, and atmospheric apartment is supplied with anything one might need. It's in a perfect central location, walking distance from many sights. Yet, it feels tucked away from crowds, with a variety of excellent food options right outside the door. Fabio is charming and helpful.

spacious and clean room with impeccable private bathroom. shared with another room is the living room and kitchen with the terrace. Dve Carlo leaves us the necessary for breakfast and yet the croissant. very kind host and great stay!

The attention was expected, valeria and Claudio are very attentive and kind , the communication was fast and they helped us in everything , everything impeccable room and bathroom, they welcomed us with things to eat and take, the bathroom is outside the room, but it is private, I would definitely recommend them and return with them a next visit

Silvia is a fantastic host, who offered support and tips proactively. We really enjoyed the place, very close to Colosseum.

Francesca place was as described, it was incredibly central about a 20 minute walk to the coliseum and a 5 min walk to train and metro stops. the hosts weee both very helpful and always on hand if there was ever an issue. We could also store our luggage there which was good x

Luca&Marilla are charming and considerate hosts. Their place is clean and spacious and close to a metro station that gives very quick access to the city center.

Francesca was a wonderful host She allowed us to check in at 11:30 AM & that was a big difference for us to visit St. Peter’s basilica as we wanted to The property is perfect for a couple Very quiet place in a fairly busy part of town. 10 min walk to St. Peter’s <5 min walk from metro station

Everything was perfect and as expected after reading the reviews. The transfer is very nice and really close to the hustle and bustle of Trastevere, which I love! The 10-minute walk between the two places was for me a highlight with the view and all the nature around! The breakfast with Laura's Beautiful Eggs with classical music in the background was perfect. I saw a piano, unfortunately I didn't see anyone playing:)
