Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Anguillara Sabazia

Aure and Max welcomed us very warmly. The beautiful property invites you to relax through the old olive trees. We were particularly pleased that we were allowed to use the vegetable garden created by Aure and Max. It is very quiet and the accommodation is divided in such a way that we were allowed to use one half of the garden alone and privately. The interiors had everything we needed. Within walking distance is the campsite in the neighborhood. There is a beautiful beach and lake access here. Everything else is easily accessible by car. Aure gave us a lot of recommendations as a guide and there were also some interesting books about Rome and the Bracciano area at the property. The only suggestion for improvement would be the water supply. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a relaxed and great time with Aure and Max. We will come back very gladly!!

Nice, comfortable house for a family. The public transit to Trastevere was frequent and easy. We enjoyed our visit!

I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

We abosolutely loved this place! We booked it based off of the outdoor space. The house was very spacious and our kids loved making fires in the fire place. The surrounding area was quiet and nice. Local supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance if you want it. This place was amazing, our kids loved it. My family will never forget this place!

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

I enjoyed my time here, the place was clean and comfortable, the host was great! he was always helping with any question we had and received us with a lovely welcome basket.

Great space with lots of room and high ceilings. Right downtown so you can be at a restaurant, cafe, or bar in a moment. Super convenient that it has a lift up to the third floor where it's located. We also had a baby with us and the crib they provided was lovely. It was a pack and play style crib but I'm pretty sure it's standard crib size. He actually took it out of the box right infront of me when we checked in, and they got a foam crib mattress for it as well so it wasn't just the hard pack and play floor for her to sleep on. We stayed with them in april 2025, it was great to know that the crib was clean (as it was new the day we got there) but it might be comforting for others who might be staying in the near future to know that the crib hasn't been used very much.

The remote check-in was a first for us and went extremely smoothly. It was lovely to arrive in the clean, bright apartment after hours of travelling. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to sit on the terrace quite a bit - the views are wonderful! Apart from Castel Sant’ Angelo (well worth a visit) you could see not one but three quadrighe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice room to wake up in. We didn’t find the light coming in in the morning a problem as we were always so tired after exploring each day. The kitchen was shiny and well-equipped (I hope we used the bins/sorted the rubbish correctly!) - perhaps it could use a good solid chopping board and some cloths for drying up? Bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of storage and towel hanging space and the shower was already on the right setting so easy to use. With its easy access to various bridges into the city and both the Vatican and Trastevere in walking distance, we highly recommend!

This stay was perfect for my family of 9 adults 🙌🏽 A modern, bright, spacious place in a historic building. The rooftop terrace was so fun to have to enjoy a drink at sunset and everything was new and convenient. Helpful electronic key and instructions about the house. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great wifi if you are a digital nomad. It felt like home for cooking a meal and was quietly away from the bustle of center Rome. The location was not bad for getting to sights of Rome — near Termini Station and a short Uber ride. Just great. They thought of everything!

Really enjoyed staying at Francesca’s with my 4 year old son for three nights. Really enjoyed staying right in the middle of the city and pretty much walked everywhere. The streets were busy with people until about 1230-1am, so I had to keep the window in the bedroom closed, but that’s to be expected due to the location. The apartment was well equipped and everything was very clean. Will be back to Rome at some point to see all the rest of the sites. Thank you Francesca There was a big thunderstorm/ and or my son bumped the Wi-Fi box, so it didn’t work until the next day in the afternoon, but Francesca made calls and got it fixed.

Alessandra’s apartment was perfect for our stay (two couples) in Rome. It’s in walking distance to all the attractions, but the neighborhood itself is slightly less busy than many others, while still offering countless dining and shopping options. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Alessandra was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport for our departure. I would definitely stay here again.

Co-host Annette is a friendly lady. She allows us to leave our luggages when we are early. The house is nice and I will highly recommend others to stay too. The neighbourhood is safe.

A great house in a quiet place , a great point of departure to many attractions, a beautiful lake nearby, the apartment has absolutely everything for life , to the smallest detail , excellent cuisine , pleased with the presence of balconies from each room . We were guests for two days in this magnificent and paradisiacal place that Raffaele made available to us. Perfect place for those looking for tranquility without leaving the city too much, beautiful spaces and villa equipped with every possible comfort. Raffaele was available from the start and was super helpful in collecting our every request. Perfect villa and fantastic host, which best combo for those looking for a stay like that? We had a weekend and it was wonderful. The house is cozy and better than the photos show. Surrounded by greenery, it is equipped with all the comforts to stay with the family. Responsive and very friendly host. You need a car to get around. Exceptional as a support. Highly recommended

We stayed in a half-mountain homestay in Rome, in addition to a villa with a pool, a large garden, a surrounding unbeatable view, other as if it was in the home, the warmth, warmth, meticulous, the host lady's son and one of the sons of the landlady, and the worries of our first trip to Rome have been cut in half, we did not meet the online communication before meeting, every timely response, the host used mobile translation software in Italian and Chinese subtitles, we were completely barrier-free communication. The house is clean and tidy, and the configuration of the 4 bathrooms solves the anxiety of the toilet. The host also prepared milk, cake, bread, juice, and repeatedly instructed us about the supermarket and restaurant location!

Emanuele and Ana are the dream hosts, kind, nice, helpful, always receptive and very skilled in making you feel like one of them. They decorated the whole house knowing it was my boyfriend's birthday, I was shocked, tears 💚💚 thanks for everything

This is a spacious and comfortable house with a beautiful garden and pool area. It was all exactly as described. Our host was very helpful. Rome and other areas were easily accessible by car. Would absolutely recommend. ❤️

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.
