Vacation rentals with breakfast in Anguillara Sabazia

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Giulia! Das Apartment liegt etwas außerhalb, die Innenstadt von Rom ist aber super mit Metro und Bus erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es rund um das Apartment viele Restaurants und Bars, in welchen keine Touristen zu finden sind, das ist herrlich, wenn man tagsüber in der vollen Innenstadt unterwegs war. Giulia ist eine mega freundliche Gastgeberin, sie hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert, besser geht es nicht!

Appartamento ben strutturato in chiave romantica, che quindi accentua tale aspetto per anche un brevissimo soggiorno, come stato per me. La Host Roberta, molto attenta ai particolari e a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza venga prospettata Ambiente molto tranquillo, appena fuori dal centro storico del paese, permette il parcheggio agevolmente davanti al portone di casa… Buon punto di partenza anche per visitare l’area della Tuscia, interessante sotto molti aspetti…

I chose Villa Venere for its size and pricing. It turned out to be a lovely, sprawling home with warmth and comfort. Navigating amenities was a challenge but the host was helpful and responsive. I knew it was locates outside downton Rome but I was surprised to find it in a relatively isolated part of Rome's suburb. By that I mean, it was a significant distance to regular commercial activities. For it's price, it was a good deal but would ask anyone I recommend it to prepare to rent a car or at least have detailed bus maps.

Casa bella e fornita di tutto, con tantissimo verde intorno e una splendida vista lago. Venirci in primavera o estate deve essere bellissimo fare colazione o mangiare nel portico con vista lago. Sì trova in campagna ma in 10 minuti si arriva al lago e in 45 minuti si arriva a Roma.

Semplicemente un posto incantevole

Stanza bellissima, ordinata e, in generale, ben mantenuta.

Simone est adorable et au petit soins, elle apporte le petit déjeuner tous les matins, le frigo est presque rempli à notre arrivée. Le logement en lui même est charmant, paisible et calme, on peut manger en extérieur, la douche est moderne et la cuisine relativement bien équipé. La voiture à sa place en sécurité. Le quartier est entouré d'adorables petits chiens heureux de se promener avec nous. nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

E' stata un'esperienza fantastica. Luca e sua moglie sono persone splendide, attenti, precisi e di un'accoglienza unica. Ci sono bastati due giorni in questa splendida struttura per rinascere davvero. Luca è una persona di una cultura infinita, attento e rispettoso della natura,pieno di energie e dedito a mille attivita'. Sua moglie è abilissima con i mosaici ce ne sono di stupendi. Con la sua ottima cucina dolce e salata ci ha accolti e coccolati. Il nostro bambino di 4 anni ha avuto esperienze favolose con gli asinelli e le galline.Produzione propria di olio e confetture davvero squisite. Ritorneremo sicuramente e straconsigliamo tutto. Maravilloso apartamento! Pese a ser pequeño, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Cama cómoda y silencioso por la noche dado que está en un barrio residencial tranquilo. La anfitriona Serena muy pendiente a nuestra llegada, poniendo facilidades en las demandas que le hicimos. Muy recomendable!

Eu e o meu esposo amamos esse espaço! Primeiro ponto alto: a localização, estávamos a alguns passos da estação de metrô, o que nos permitiu ir facilmente para qualquer lugar de Roma. O espaço é uma graça! Amamos a acomodação, muito funcional. Possui utensílios para cozinhar e cafeteira. A decoração é extremamente criativa. Ainda sobre a localização, o espaço fica próximo a comércios, restaurantes, supermercados e tem um shopping ao lado, perfeito! O Walter nos recebeu e nos deu todas as instruções, é preciso ressaltar, que simpatia de pessoa! Com certeza voltaremos na próxima passagem por Roma.

Giuliana mi ha "coccolata" con piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza (kit per lavare le stoviglie, ciabattine, spazzolino/dentifricio, docciashampoo, e più opzioni da stuzzicare dolci, salate e tisane/caffè. Mi sono sentita meno sola e come a casa! Grazie Giuliana, tornerò sicuramente. Unica pecca....poca acqua dai rubinetti, ma forse stavano lavorando sulla linea? Super consigliato!

¡Recomendado! Excelente ubicación, en el corazón de Roma y fácil de moverse a todo caminado. Muy acogedor y cómodo para quedarse descansando. La atención fue espectacular.

Wow where do I even begin. Our trip to Rome certainly would not have been half as good if we had chosen anywhere else to stay. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly be need. The location is in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of local delicacies and things to do. The reception of Paola and her daughter was what the real highlight of the trip. From before we had even landed in Rome, they went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after including arranging for us to be picked up from the airport in a limousine. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the both of them stocking up the apartment. The pair had stocked up the house with goodies and essentials we could need for the duration of our stay. Despite the circumstances, Paola ensured we were looked after including giving us advice on what we need to see and do whilst in Rome. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything and we cannot wait to come again!!

This comfortable, spacious, light-filled, and atmospheric apartment is supplied with anything one might need. It's in a perfect central location, walking distance from many sights. Yet, it feels tucked away from crowds, with a variety of excellent food options right outside the door. Fabio is charming and helpful.

Excellent location. Host gave great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, as well was very responsive when we had any questions. Highly recommend.!

camera spaziosa e pulita con bagno privato impeccabile. in comune con un'altra camera si trova la sala e cucina col terrazzo.dove Carlo ci lascia l'occorrente x la colazione eppure la croissant. host gentilissimo e soggiorno ottimo!!!

La atención fue expectacular, valeria y Claudio son muy atentos y amables , la comunicación fue rápida y nos ayudaron en todo , todo impecable habitación y baño, nos recibieron con cositas para comer y tomar, el baño queda afuera de la habitación, pero es privado, sin duda los recomiendo y volvere con ellos una próxima visita

La estancia fue magnífica, todo súper limpio cama oliendo rico, sábanas suaves, todo muy cómodo, excelente ubicación, una zona extremadamente segura entraba tardísimo en la noche solo y nunca me sentí amenazado, lo recomiendo demasiado, ella es una excelente persona. ❤️

Francesca place was as described, it was incredibly central about a 20 minute walk to the coliseum and a 5 min walk to train and metro stops. the hosts weee both very helpful and always on hand if there was ever an issue. We could also store our luggage there which was good x

Luca&Marilla sont des hôtes charmants et prévenant. Leur logement est propre et spacieux et proche d'une station de métro qui permet d'accéder très rapidement au centre ville.

Francesca was a wonderful host She allowed us to check in at 11:30 AM & that was a big difference for us to visit St. Peter’s basilica as we wanted to The property is perfect for a couple Very quiet place in a fairly busy part of town. 10 min walk to St. Peter’s <5 min walk from metro station

Tout était parfait et comme espéré après avoir lu les commentaires. L’envirement est très agréable et vraiment proche de l’agitation de Trastevere, que j’adore ! La balade de 10 min que lie les deux endroits était pour moi même un point fort avec la vu et toute la nature autour! Le petit déjeuner avec Les œufs magnifiques de Laura avec la musique classique au fond était parfait. J’ai vu un piano, malheureusement j’ai pas vu personne jouer :)
