A rather simple and small but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, midway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction stoves. The refrigerator is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Nice, electrically heated cottage with terrace, two bedrooms & living/dining room. Located right on the desert and a few minutes from the city. The house is divided into two - we live in the other half - but they are two separate homes. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. NOTE: Extra payment for electricity consumption = DKK 3/kW. The wood-burning stove is not in use! There are duvets and pillows - bring your own linen and towels. Can be rented for DKK 100 per person. Paid with electricity bill before departure.

We greatly appreciate our house and use it ourselves as much as we can. We are concerned that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you will help us with this. It is an older cottage with signs of use from a whole life, and you should be able to see the charm in the primitive and cozy.

The house has 64 sqm. of well-designed housing spread over two floors. There are two terraces and a lawn with the most beautiful views of the sea and forest. 15 minutes' walk to a cozy harbor with restaurants, cafes and shopping. It is not far to Grenaa city center, which has a large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural experiences.

About 8 km from Grenå in beautiful surroundings you drive up Linde Alléen and are greeted by various animals. Through the gate you enter a closed courtyard with paradise apple trees and maybe a couple of peacocks. It is about 1000m to Karlby and Sangstrup cliffs and the sea, where there is a cozy and atmospheric little fishing village with tables and barbecue space. It's an excellent fishing and diving area.
