We stayed here for 8 nights, the host was quick to respond to messages, always able to answer specific questions and provide assistance, the room was ample and clean, it was a ten minute walk from Tangsan station to save us a lot of transportation, recommended for all travelers who want to go to Seoul.

It was the same as the picture, and the TV on the second floor was big and nice. The👍 terrace was nice to get some air, and the night view of the building in the evening was good. It was nice to make special memories at the accommodation.🥹

Purpose of use: To celebrate the holidays, both my grandparents and my parents took me on a short family trip. Pros: The host is very responsive! The price is reasonable, and the house is tidy in terms of interior and use. In particular, my parents liked that there were several beds and everything was spacious! There were many places to go around such as Songnidan-gil and Lotte Tower Lake Park nearby, so I was very satisfied with the location.😍 I also liked that one car was available for parking! +) And I forgot to leave a pair of clothes, but they also took care of it. wonderful place to say in nonhyeon! walkable to gangnam station too and has sooo many food choices nearby. its really a gem of a place to stay. definitely recommend

I really love the place the owner set the house with a homey feel. Perfect for a couple. Location wise I would say lots of restaurants and bars nearby - and 7 eleven for your late night snacks. Owner is very responsive whenever I needed help with something. They even have universal power adapter in the house - in case you guys forgot to bought beforehand like us. Overall it was a great stay for us in Seoul. It's just sometimes you can hear noises from the next door - but it's a busy area, you're still gonna hear from nearby bars.

I stay with my family of 4, and I must say, first of all, Soonae response is very fast, even at late hours. the place is as the picture, it's easy to find even with taxi and the location is just walk in front of MRT, Lotte world and beautiful lake. and since I'm bringing my son to Lotte world adventure we can go early and stay until late night and just walk home with worry of traffic. it also near jamsil 2, which you can go wherever on seoul. would recommend this place.

You get a fully fitted 2 storey flat. Fully fitted kitchen with a gas range, microwave and water dispenser. With washer and dryer.

The accommodation is pleasant and has good lighting. Even though I went with my baby for 7 months, it was very pleasant. I was surprised by the sound of motorcycles all night because I lived in a quiet rural house, but it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep. It was a place that felt good because of the good lighting.

I've spent the night with my family as comfortably as my home. But... it was a little disappointing that there was no Elbe. I don't know if it's because there are a lot of people staying, but the smell of the blanket After a little bit, I bought a bucket of Febreze and sprayed it, and it was okay. Other than that, I was satisfied with the rest.

Gun-Ow was very generous and responsive! He was very sweet to give us extra water when we arrived. Thank you ☺️

It was nice that it was quiet because it was a residential area. I was sensitive to bedding, but it was fluffy and cozy, so it was the best place I've ever been! There was a lot of entertainment and food nearby, so I enjoyed a date, and I was able to eat at the dining table that was like a campsite on the rooftop, so it was a meaningful memory:) The object was emotional, and the songs I heard as soon as I went in made me feel better, thank you.

It was a cozy accommodation! I had fun with the cats!

It was a residential area, so it was quiet and had a duplex structure, so it stood out. It had everything I needed, so it was good to relax and I am 200% willing to revisit!!

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

I've been playing so comfortably. It was nice that the scenery was nice and the soundproofing was so good. The owner was kind, kindly recommended the barbecue place, and gave me a lot of charcoal, so I grilled meat for a long time and had fun. I want to revisit 10000000%!

It is clean and well organized. It was a group of friends, and I recommend it with guaranteed independence.

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻
