Your apartment in Antigua is close to Central Park (4-1/2) blocks, shops and restaurants, one block to the market. The building is quiet. We keep it clean. 85 m2 apartment, plus a 40 m2 terrace that looks over a garden with fountains. I have good reviews on the 4 apartments in this building on Airbnb. I also have two on long term rental and I live right behind. We have rented from Airbnb all over the world and some hosts made us feel really at home. I plan to do the same for you here.

The sabbatical house

Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off is in Antigua is provided free of charge (up to 6 pm). Nature-, book-friendly.

Casa Janis Argento is a recent colonial-style building just 1 km from the central park of Antigua Guatemala and close to the historic church of Calvario. The house offers all the technological comforts (Wi-Fi, cable TV), relaxation with small terrace/solarium and garden and practicality with bedroom served by its own large bathroom, loft on kitchen and living room and security with a covered parking, inside the house, and with an external video surveillance system.

The apt is located in the busiest area 2 blocks from the Arco de Santa Catalina and 4 from the central park. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE, but there is paid parking 50 mts. There are supermarkets, banks and ruins 2 blocks away. Gozaras of privacy and a quiet environment. I coordinate TRANSPORTATION with an additional charge.
