A beautiful house, the large and very clean rooms, quiet and private family atmosphere, a few blocks from Santander Street and you have very close a place to make your pantry for the stay, thank you very much for welcoming us and Don Tomas was very helpful, very friendly and I support us immediately, Thank you for everything, we recommend this house as a great experience, we will definitely return

Matt’s house had everything we needed – kitchenware, linens, bottled water, a private garden. We met Jose the gardener when we arrived and Matt stopped by the second day. It’s a bit of a hike (20 minutes) to the main part of town, but that just means the neighborhood is quiet. I will note that various birds or critters made a ton of noise on the roof of the upstairs bedroom, which woke me up a few times, but this isn’t a complaint – that’s just how it is with the house’s lush trees. The house is large and lovely, clean and comfortable, with two balconies and outdoor seating and a BBQ in the garden. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great time staying in Vale’s place. We each had our separate rooms and bathrooms but still felt cozy and like we were at home. The view from the rooftop is incredible. We visited during semana santa and felt Vale’s place was close enough to the center without feeling crowded. We were able to view the processions and enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the neighbors were so kind. I look forward to staying here again for a longer period of time to fully enjoy the house.

The house is great and the rooms were quite comfortable. We got to our place very late but our hosts was quite understanding. the location is very central and the parking is a great help.

Gorgeous location and stay! Rosa was always so attentive to my needs and very communicative! Only downside is that you are about 30 minutes away from Antigua and there is not much happening in the village.

I had a great experience in this house. Everything was very clean, well cared for and just as shown in the photos. The location in a quiet area. The communication with the Host was quick and clear at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Anne's apartment was great, as described! It was conveniently close to Cayalá (a 10-minute walk across the street) and closer to other places like Cemaco and its nearby stores/restaurants. The place matched the description perfectly, and the building is conveniently located near the tourist area. The apartment was small but cozy, equipped with everything needed for a short term stay.

A small apartment, but with many amenities around, it was not even necessary to leave the place, nice and cozy, I would happily stay again. Communication with the host was very good.
