fantastic place to stay, nice area and flat was just right.

I was only looking for basic amenities for this stay, so bed and bath in a quiet spot in the center. Despite the busy one-way street, you won't hear the traffic in the back of the property. It is an old building so you can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors walking, but this was acceptable to me. The room is in the shade all day but has plenty of daylight and you can sit outside. Everything was nicely cleaned upon arrival and the new mattresses were very good. Fresh drinking water was ready and delicious towels. Expect the same standard as you're going to stay with friends or family. The location is close to opera, station, and other pick-up points by public transport. There are many restaurants in the area for any time of day. Communication around reservation, stay and departure went smoothly. For me, it was a great base for combi sightseeing and follow a multi-day workshop. I hope to return again in a spring or autumn.

We had a very nice stay with Dries and Iman. It is a very nice and complete apartment! Great amenities! Even the dishes were done for you. across the street you can get sandwiches for breakfast. less than 10 minutes walk to the center. Quiet location. We were very warmly welcomed by Dries and Iman. We didn't miss anything! We recommend this place to everyone!

A retreat just like we were looking for! We stayed for one week in Michael’s backyard house. Michael was a great host; very nice, helpful, and open to have a chat. The house is very modern, well-equipped, and was very clean when we arrived. The fireplace downstairs acts as the central heating system but there is a heat pump in the living room area upstairs which makes it cozy to watch TV. The neighborhood is comfortable and quiet but a bus stop towards Leuven is right around the corner. The surrounding forested area is great to take walks through. We can definitely recommend this as a cozy retreat with city trips within reach :)

The space is well located near Brussels and local supermarkets, safe location for parking as-well and a quite residence.

I rented apartment from Erik, for one of the employees of our company. Everything was great! The apartment was clean and in a good condition. Erik is very helpful and friendly host, he provided all we needed and the communication with him was really easy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
