Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Anzio

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

This place is a gem! if you are looking for a cosy stay in an authentic place rather than the crazy chaos of tourist destinations, this is the place. Book and enjoy your time!

The host is very kind and explains in detail how to use the accommodation. It's a wonderful place to stay in nature. Parking was also convenient. ^ ^

Cosy apartment with real fire

Great location and so reasonably price P went above and beyond and even went and bought us groceries as we arrived late at night so we could have dinner for ourselves great apartment

Great space with lots of room and high ceilings. Right downtown so you can be at a restaurant, cafe, or bar in a moment. Super convenient that it has a lift up to the third floor where it's located. We also had a baby with us and the crib they provided was lovely. It was a pack and play style crib but I'm pretty sure it's standard crib size. He actually took it out of the box right infront of me when we checked in, and they got a foam crib mattress for it as well so it wasn't just the hard pack and play floor for her to sleep on. We stayed with them in april 2025, it was great to know that the crib was clean (as it was new the day we got there) but it might be comforting for others who might be staying in the near future to know that the crib hasn't been used very much.

The remote check-in was a first for us and went extremely smoothly. It was lovely to arrive in the clean, bright apartment after hours of travelling. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to sit on the terrace quite a bit - the views are wonderful! Apart from Castel Sant’ Angelo (well worth a visit) you could see not one but three quadrighe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice room to wake up in. We didn’t find the light coming in in the morning a problem as we were always so tired after exploring each day. The kitchen was shiny and well-equipped (I hope we used the bins/sorted the rubbish correctly!) - perhaps it could use a good solid chopping board and some cloths for drying up? Bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of storage and towel hanging space and the shower was already on the right setting so easy to use. With its easy access to various bridges into the city and both the Vatican and Trastevere in walking distance, we highly recommend!

This stay was perfect for my family of 9 adults 🙌🏽 A modern, bright, spacious place in a historic building. The rooftop terrace was so fun to have to enjoy a drink at sunset and everything was new and convenient. Helpful electronic key and instructions about the house. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great wifi if you are a digital nomad. It felt like home for cooking a meal and was quietly away from the bustle of center Rome. The location was not bad for getting to sights of Rome — near Termini Station and a short Uber ride. Just great. They thought of everything!

We stayed at this very well located accommodation between the monti and the historic center (5 min walk to the Colosseum and 10 min to the Trevi Fountain). It is very well equipped Francesca is very attentive and responsive for our comfort. You can go there without a second thought! Thank you Francesca and see you soon

The place at Ladi's in Trastevere was just perfect! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The location couldn't be better – right in the middle of charming Trastevere, but still quiet. The absolute highlight is the beautiful courtyard, a small green oasis in the middle of the city. Ladi himself was also particularly great: he welcomed us warmly upon arrival and made a small tour of the neighborhood – with lots of personal tips on his favorite shops and restaurants. That was super helpful and totally nice! Absolutely recommend – we would come back any time.

Alessandra’s apartment was perfect for our stay (two couples) in Rome. It’s in walking distance to all the attractions, but the neighborhood itself is slightly less busy than many others, while still offering countless dining and shopping options. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Alessandra was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport for our departure. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need.
