We are located in Katavati,next to the capital-Apollonia, a quite area,10' walking distance from the center (shops, taverns and nightlife).The ideal base to explore the island. It's 15'-20' away by car, from most beaches. There is a bus station a few meters away. If you use a motorbike you can park in front of the house, if you use a car there is a parking near it. Most paths of hiking trails network are also very close.

At the same distance there are two supermarkets. Iviskos Lux consists of a fairly spacious bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. It is a house of 50 sq.m. with its own garden and views of the central settlements of Sifnos.
