In Arcachon in the city center, close to all amenities, 24 m2 studio, on the ground floor with terrace. Accommodating 3 people, it is located in the city center, at the foot of the Parc Mauresque (games for children), 400 m from the beach, and with shops nearby (monoprix, restaurants, shops...). Its plus: terrace and garden furniture. Everything can be reached without a vehicle. Accommodation with "Clé Vacances" label. Chèque vacances accepted. Linens and towels are provided

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
