Authentic charm, for a very peaceful place overlooking the Public Garden, a perfect location. A thoughtfully decorated interior, very nice. All with a nice welcome and very clear instructions.

We felt at home. Free outdoor parking and 3 minutes from the tram that takes you to the city center. The host is always attentive and responsive to all our questions. Thank you so much!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located place in Arcachon. The apartment was not only clean and nice, but also offered all the comforts we needed to enjoy our week. Very good literature, underground parking is a real plus.

I highly recommend! A good plan for the apartment – convenient location, a bus stop just 1 minute away, the beach 5 minutes away, and the city center 5 minutes away too. The kitchen is fully equipped, even for preparing complex dishes. The rooms are spacious, and 4 people can stay comfortably without getting in the way. There is a terrace with a table and chairs. There is a separate room to dry laundry, and a small washing machine is available. The hostess is very thoughtful and welcoming. Thank you, we had a 5-star vacation!

We recently concluded a 2-month stay in this penthouse apartment and had a generally positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious and inviting terrace, which offered a fantastic outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the availability of private parking and the apartment’s excellent location added much convenience to our visit. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The house was not completely clean, and we found that the bathtub was broken, which made it impossible for us to take a bath. Additionally, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom meant that water would end up everywhere during showers. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Despite these drawbacks, we greatly enjoyed our time here.

Great little apartment, very central, tram stop right outside and lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. Laurent is a great host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice cozy and functional apartment. The terrace is a ++ to enjoy the stay. In addition, ideally located for walking access to the beach and city center. The property is quiet and green with secure entrance. And finally, our host Alexandra is nice and available as needed. Experience of the place to relive with great pleasure!!
