Martine is a superb, incredible hostess, welcoming and very nice! P'tit moulin is made with lots of love, taste and character, homemade products offered, very well-equipped, guides to the regions and their stories, and clean! Everything was perfect - thank you so much.

We had the pleasure of spending a very nice week with the family in the beautiful house of Olivia and her family. The house is very well maintained, functional and has a nice terrace. Surrounded by nature, it offers a calm and restful setting. During our stay, we also had the opportunity to keep their cat, Katsou, who received all the attention and caresses from our children. The environment is particularly exceptional, with ample spaces to play and privileged access to a beautiful river, just a short walk from the house. The geographical location is ideal for easily radiating by car and discovering this beautiful region. We will keep a great memory of our stay and warmly recommend this address.

We came in the month of April so without the pool. The weather can still be cold and mixed but we were prepared! We really enjoyed the calm of the place and the magnificent view. Connoisseurs will appreciate the woodworking, framing, and masonry that make the house so warm. The children's room was equipped with many magazines, books, pencils and coloring. There were also playmobil😍... the kids immediately felt comfortable. A beautiful place!

Perfect place to stay Everything is designed for the comfort of the guests, down to the last detail. The place is ideal and quiet. Close to the center, shops and restaurants, while remaining reserved for the same hustle and bustle. The grounds are completely fenced for the small dog. We had a great sunny time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Stephanie's. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful with regards to every aspect of my stay. She had left some gorgeous local produce which I thoroughly enjoyed and much appreciated. The house is beautiful and set in a beautiful location - right beside a little stream, and in a very quiet location. it is within walking distance of both Valgorge and St Martin. Valgorge has a nice bar that does good food and a small but sufficient grocery shop. if you are looking to get away from it all and to enjoy an authentic Ardechoise location, I highly recommend Stephanie's

Brice is very considerated and a friendly host. Very cozy house with a historical charm. Nice view from 2 terraces. You can walk to nice restaurants, shops, Intermache (supermarket) and a Basketball court within 5 min. in Vallon Pont D’arc. We visited a cave called Aven d’Orgnac where Brice recommended. It was the most impressive cave, we’ve ever seen. We could access to some other beautiful medieval villages within 30 min. by car.

A flawless stay at this charming cottage, a few minutes from the village and the river, and in a very quiet residence. The house is clean and cozy, and the residence's swimming pool is very nice. Shirley's apartment was perfect for the four of us with a dog to enjoy the fantastic Labeaume and the great area for a week. The attractively and practically furnished apartment and especially the terrace were even a little more spacious than expected and pleasantly bright through the window front and skylight. For us it was no problem, but less mobile or particularly noise-sensitive people should note that the apartment is located at the back of the village square with a (very cozy) bar and is accessible on the second floor via two external stairs. Shirley was a perfect host, she was always helpful, flexible and easy to reach when needed. 100% recommendation!

Clean, well-equipped and conveniently located home, with a bus stop nearby for easy access to Annonay. Very good hospitality from Robert, who was available and friendly. Only small downside: the floor that cracks a lot, but it didn't spoil our stay. Thank you again!

Very nice place. Spacious rooms, we all slept very well. The coffee and tea available are very nice. The outdoor space is very convenient and cute. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment met our expectations, its location is very quiet. This allowed us to explore the surrounding area over a 30-minute radius with a lot of interesting activities. Raphael and his wife are very charming people and very welcoming.

We had a great 2 weeks at Steeve's. I came with my husband and our dog to recharge our batteries and go on beautiful hikes. The house and garden are very well furnished. The pool, jacuzzi, and petanque court were very much appreciated! Steeve was great, very responsive to every message, he even dropped off charcoal so we could have a bbq. We can only recommend it! Thanks to Steeve for his kindness, we'll be back with pleasure!

The house located in a lovely garden is very pleasant with everything you need for a pleasant and pleasant time in this beautiful area. We arrived at night without a problem since Nathalie had taken care to turn on the exterior lights on the property and leave the door open. The house was heated upon arrival as well. This is an address we recommend for nature lovers.

We had a great weekend with the family at Alain's place. We needed to recharge our batteries and this place was perfect.

A long weekend in this lovely little house. The Loire is just next door,the center of Coubon also where you can find all the amenities including pharmacy. A peaceful and bucolic weekend with birdsong. Perfect!

Quiet accommodation in the heart of nature. Very nice large living room. Beautiful outdoor space. Perfect for a change of scenery.
