Nice apartment, central and seaside. Incl parking

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the residence. Marina close by, garden at the front of the residence. The home is located in a quiet residential area, so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking not allowed due to allergies

Central apartment, close to the center of Arendal.

Central Apartment for rent, in nice southern town Arendal. Walking distance to the city center, about 15-20 min. (One can walk through the tunnel by the train station, across Bendikskleiv, or around down by the water). There is also a bus about every half hour just up the hill here. Private parking space belonging to the apartment. 2 bedrooms - Measurement on the beds: (180x200 - Medium/Fixed), and 140x200). Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Large plating with a possibility of grilling. Note: There are stairs down to the apartment.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location in the middle of a quiet development area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. 300m to shop and bus. The bus goes about every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2 km to the beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door. Central, rural & modern apartment

The apartment is furnished with all new furniture and equipment. Including linens, towels, refrigerator, kitchenware, and anything you might need to stay. There is plenty of room for a travel cot for children. Enjoy a pleasant stay here! There is also a large dining table that makes it easy to work from home! Here you also have a light trail right next door, with nice hiking areas! Only 6 minutes by car to the parking garage in the center. There is also a large garden on the outside with benches and tables for you who rent :)

Lovely and almost brand new guest house with very high standard, sleeps 7 and only 5 minutes walking distance from downtown! The guesthouse was completed in 2021, and is to a high standard. Here you come in a quiet single-family home area with slipper distance to all city amenities. The home comes fully furnished and with all you might need from bed linen, towels with all of the corporate equipment, as well as fully equipped kitchen. Free power and WiFi is included of course! Here you just need to bring your toothbrush!

The place is located in Grimstad city center with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbour and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the University(UIA). Many great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a cozy TV nook, fridge, kitchenette with kettle as well as a cozy little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost 100 kr extra per day.

Apartment in beautiful Kolbjørnsvik

Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje i et gammelt, renovert sørlandshus med sjøutsikt og tilgang til hage og brygge. Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum (5min) flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndag. Nabolaget er svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies ut.
