Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Bright and cozy apartment. 5 min walk to the city center. Good parking. Nice and spacious patio with barbecue. Ready-made beds+towels. Includes: Hallway, living room with small kitchenette and dining area. 1 bedroom with 150 cm bed. 1 sleeping alcove with 120 bed. You have to go through the sleeping alcove to get to the bathroom. The apartment is very centrally located. Short distance to the bus and city center with shops and restaurants. Swimming area and hiking trails right next door. Southern idyll

Bright, pleasant apartment, with a lovely view over Arendal town fjord. It is newly renovated, fully furnished, has a smart TV (though, without channels) and free wifi. It is only 2 min walk to the city center and Norway's first floating pool. From the city one can take a ferry to eg. Merdø. The apartment has a nice patio with its own barbecue, table and chairs and an amazing view. The apartment is located in the middle of Kaldvell nature reserve which is an eldorado of hiking trails, swimming beaches and nature experiences We have designed the apartment so that it should be perfect for a small family or 4 people. It has a large sunny terrace with its own gas grill so you can enjoy outdoor food on late Southern evenings The apartment is located 100 meters from the sea and has child-friendly beaches only 5-10 min walk away:) The apartment is also only 20 - 25 minutes from the zoo.

The apartment is your perfect home for either workstay or vacation. Safe, quiet, and friendly area. Suitable for children. The sun comes at sunrise in the kitchen, and it is lovely to enjoy your morning coffee outside. Free parking. If you are travelling with children we are 40 minutes from Dyreparken in Kr.Sand.

Fullt utstyrt kjøkken (ikke mikrobølgeovn). Beliggenhet i rolig blindvei med grense til friområde og lekeplass. 10 minutter å gå til butikk, badestrand og buss til sentrum. Flott skogsterreng med turløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Leiligheten har egen inngang og liten uteplass. Gratis gateparkering.

Guldmand Brygge 1, apartment 102

Located 50 m from the city beach in Grimstad. The apartment is located on the ground floor with plating (concrete slopes) secluded with a hedge. Child friendly. 5 min walk to shopping center and 10 min to guest harbor, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city center. 10 min to walk to the University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Sleeps 1 car in garage basement. Incidentally, parking outside. Needs left in window to park in the co-op parking lot.

Nice apartment/loft at Bjorbekk, close to Arendal

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.

Apartment close to the city centre

Newer apartment close to the city center and city beach. From here it is walking distance to everything; Bystranda, Markensgate, Fisketorget, Odderøya and Sør Arena. There is a bus stop right outside that takes you to both Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret and Kjevik. There is free parking only 3min walk away. Some deviation from the pictures as some of the furniture has been upgraded/replaced.
