I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Pros: - location (everything's nearby, there's a subway station within a 5-minute walk) - microwave oven - friendly, polite, proactive hosts - good thermal insulation (it's warm inside even in the winter) - big fridge - electric kettle - pretty good AC - big shower cabin - the second floor (it's a plus because the building doesn't has an elevator) Cons: - no gas heating system and radiators (only AC, but it was enough) - dining table in the living room - small kitchen - no desk - internet didn't seem great (some internet-dependent applications took a long time to run) - small bathroom - the second floor (it's still to close to the ground)

Very good place, clean and comfortable, exactly what I needed.
