Chalet of 42 m² very peaceful located in the middle of the mountains ideal for relaxation. Annecy North toll 15 minutes away. You enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walks and mountain biking on site. We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).
