Vacation rentals with a patio in Arima

The space was absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into every detail. The host was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely book again!

This was my second time staying here, and coming back was a no-brainer. My first stay was amazing. It was comfortable, clean, and peaceful so I didn’t hesitate to book again. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and return to!

We absolutely loved Michaeline’s place! From the breathtaking views to the wonderful accommodations and location, we could not have been more pleased. Michaeline is a wonderful host! Our flight arrived into Trinidad later than anticipated, but Michaeline welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed for a fun vacation. We had full agenda with all the carnival festivities, but Michaeline’s place allowed us the opportunity to rest and recharge daily! We will definitely visit again! Thank you Michaeline!

The good: the place was clean, had basic amenities and quiet. Host did répond when items were needed. The bad: when I say basic amenities I mean basic. We were there for 10 days but 1 towel and was given per person. No extra linens of any kind. Everything had to be asked for. Would have been nice to already have everything needed for such a long stay. The laundry is a bit dirty/rusty so we did not use it. And the shower with the glass that is seen in the room is a bit weird although the did throw a curtain on it. No coffee maker no items in the Airbnb to greet the guests. Just small thing expected that we’re not there. But all in all if I needed a place to stay for carnival again and didn’t find anything close to family I’d go back since I now know what to expect. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just could use some small changes to make it great.

Our stay was exceptional. The place was easy to find. Very quiet, peaceful location. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean spotless and modern with every possible amenity you may need for a stay away from home. In terms of host, Anthony really is the true definition of an air bnb superhost. He was warm, welcoming and very responsive. We were truly made to feel at home. 10/10 would return and definitely reccomend to others.

Let start by saying I absolutely loved my stay! Casshija and John were incredibly friendly and responsive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The area itself was so peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the unexpected highlights was hearing wild parrots in the trees around the home; it added such a unique and calming touch to the atmosphere. The hills leading to the property were a bit of a challenge, but totally worth it - peaceful tranquillity and beautiful views once you’re there. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return someday.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Though most of my communication was via Paula I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Paula ensured my stay was great. If you’re looking for a place that’s close to shopping, beaches and other tourist destinations this is definitely the place for you. They even had soda and water upon arrival which I was very thankful to have since it saved me a trip to the local grocery. Great host and location.

I had family visiting from the USA for Carnivalwhile our family home was was being renovated. Vishal's apartment served as our home base and we couldn't have been more pleased. Asha made us feel right at home by sharing recommendations and shared breakfast with us. I consider this place a second home and will certainly book for staycations and recommend to all of my family and friends. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

WOW...WOW...WOW!! To say this place is amazing would be an understatement and there is no one word that would describe it all! It is absolutely stunning! Our stay at Troy's beautiful home was simply perfection in every way! it is an absolute must see and must stay and I am honored to be the first guest and write this spectacular review for a place so worth it! The neighborhood: Extremely safe, relaxing, and quiet - a retreat away from all of the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to Port of Spain and Maracas Beach. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with mountain views, this place is a hidden gem and we definitely have found a treasure with this one! The host: Troy is awesome, flexible and extremely accommodating! Communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was easy and he was always accessible. We had some changes with our travel dates and Troy was more than understanding and accommodating to our requests, he made everything super easy. We met Troy on the first day we arrived - he showed us the space, gave us the keys, and instantly made us feel as if his home was our home. He checked on us throughout our stay and even met him and a few of his friends out for drinks during the latter part of our stay! Troy is a real cool dude and so happy we got to spend some time to get to know more of him. The space: Incredibly beautifully designed, stylish and modern furnishings with a contemporary chic flair - this place is incredible! Open and airy with the most gorgeous natural light shining through every nook and cranny. Extremely spacious with captivating decor and intriguing pieces of art to visually indulge in. So many areas and spaces to just simply relax, enjoy, and appreciate the true beauty of this home! Every single area brought a level of peace and comfort and we were simply blown away, it was truly love at first sight. The kitchen is a dream!! Equipped with everything...and I do mean everything, for all of your cooking needs. Two large ovens, spacious refrigerator/freezer, gas stove that cooks to perfection, plenty of cabinet space, a beautiful kitchen island perfect for prepping meals with a bonus built in wine chiller! Plenty of utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, and a fancy Ninja coffee maker that served us the perfect brew every single morning! The living room/TV room: sooooo comfortable! Many of days/nights we just chilled and both of these spaces were shear perfection for relaxation and/or conversations! Perfect size smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bedrooms/bathrooms: Roomy and spacious with comfortable and relaxing beds for a restful night. Every room has air conditioning, a TV, and adequate space to unpack and unwind. The bathrooms are beautiful - tiled walls with glass shower doors, one of the rooms has an ensuite which is absolutely perfect. There is also a bonus room/office space with a desk and comfy couch - perfect for work or study. Outdoor area: Large and spacious! We fired up the grill one night and enjoyed the night breeze with a clear view of the stars! The patio is meant to be enjoyed and that's exactly what we did during daytime and night. How do I rate the space and our overall stay? A PERFECT 20 out of 10!! Airbnb only allows up to 5 stars for ratings but Troy's home deserves well beyond that! We were not disappointed one bit - this place does not owe us a thing!! While I would love to keep it all to myself, it would be impossible to not recommend so you too (future guests) can enjoy and experience the same amazingness we did! Troy's place is a hidden gem and we have definitely found a treasure! BOOK your stay...you won't regret a single moment of it! Very nice place and very secure. Instructions were clear to enter and the hosts were responsive to our questions when we had them. Walkable to the Arima market about 20 a minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Christina and her husband’s place was one of my most memorable stays to date. She went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I were comfortable and had a fantastic experience. Oh it was fabulous! My mom and sister hadn’t been to Trinidad in a very long time and they really felt at home. The house was really nice, spacious, clean, comfortable, safe and in a convenient location for us. I would definitely stay here again.

We were pleased with the quiet, safe and secured gated community, which gave us an added air of security. I have to mention the furniture, which was a blend of an antique look with a mixed contemporary design and I was thrilled with the aesthetics. The house and surroundings were clean and the windows had nets, which was an added bonus. I could also carry out my daily run on the thread mill which was available. The staff were helpful, pleasant and attended to my concerns. I will surely come back and highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Grande area Beautiful memories at ' serenity at the heart of Grande '.

An absolute GEM ! Very modern and updated Airbnb…. George’s place was very cozy, immaculate, comfortable and gave nothing but a peaceful vibe. Most importantly He answered all my questions in a timely manner. He is very pleasant and friendly and I would definitely recommend booking his place. Our stay at Kavita’s place was amazing. The two bedroom was spacious and well appointed. A newly renovated apartment with top notch appliances it had all the amenities for one’s creature comfort such as coffee machine with ample supplies. There w as only one noticeable item missing from the apartment and that was the absence of a full length mirror. Beyond that and to reiterate, Kavita’s place is an utterly charmingly 2 bedroom apartment located in Diamond Vale. The host Kavita was onsite during our stay and was very responsive to all of our wants and needs. I would definitely be coming back. Thanks Kavita for sharing and opening your space with and to us🙏🏽❤️

Renee’s place was great! Her and Adam were accommodating to our needs and checked in on us to see if anything was needed. The location of her place is ideal - walking distance to lots of shops and food places. Would recommend!

We’re very grateful to Simi and Clytus for all of their great help in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They had everything we needed ready for us including some local treats and food so we had time to settle in and get our bearings. After our outings it was so nice to come “home” to comfort. My sisters and I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for 10 days, and it was an absolute delight! Quinta, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment itself is stunning—immaculately clean, modern, and even more beautiful in person than the pictures suggest. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night's sleep. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. Another huge plus was the convenience of having two private parking spaces, especially since we rented a car for our trip. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish place to stay. We had such a wonderful experience and would definitely book again in the future!

This is a quiet unit and the balcony view of the hills is amazing! At night, the hills light up like a Christmas tree and that light breeze makes me want to stay out there and relax. Sam responded to my questions immediately. He is approachable and respectful. For example, the unit was a little too cold for me (20 degrees C) but Sam immediately adjusted it to 23 for my comfort when I asked. Everything is close by and I could walk to the pharmacy store when I needed water and a few things that I forgot to pack for my trip (it open late). This is a clean place, easy to access and the parking is easy, well light and has lots of security people around. The front-desk people, and restaurant people downstairs, everyone, are all super friendly. I highly recommend this unit!
